unpunished_a and_o the_o gnaw_a worm_n of_o a_o guilty_a conscience_n in_o the_o mean_a time_n will_v give_v the_o sinner_n no_o rest_n but_o accuse_v he_o of_o the_o transgression_n of_o the_o law_n of_o god_n his_o own_o conscience_n be_v as_o a_o sergeant_n arrest_v he_o and_o summon_v he_o to_o appear_v before_o god_n tribunal_n seat_n there_o to_o answer_v for_o the_o deed_n that_o he_o profaner_n of_o the_o saboth_n quarrel_n adulterer_n drunkard_n etc._n etc._n whether_o he_o know_v god_n he_o will_v profess_v that_o he_o know_v god_n but_o look_v to_o his_o deed_n and_o you_o shall_v find_v that_o they_o be_v vile_a and_o abominable_a his_o work_n be_v such_o and_o his_o manner_n of_o life_n such_o as_o if_o he_o rather_o think_v in_o his_o heart_n there_o be_v no_o god_n neither_o god_n nor_o devil_n neither_o heaven_n nor_o hell_n second_o consider_v this_o in_o hypocrite_n they_o profess_v that_o they_o know_v god_n they_o worship_v god_n public_o and_o it_o may_v be_v private_o too_o in_o the_o church_n and_o in_o the_o house_n they_o read_v the_o scripture_n hear_v the_o word_n and_o receive_v the_o sacrament_n in_o a_o word_n they_o will_v not_o be_v behind_o in_o any_o outward_a religious_a duty_n of_o piety_n and_o holiness_n and_o all_o this_o be_v godly_a and_o religious_a what_o then_o be_v want_v one_o thing_n be_v want_v the_o practice_n of_o godliness_n a_o good_a life_n a_o godly_a conversation_n answerable_a to_o their_o profession_n this_o be_v want_v for_o consider_v in_o regard_n of_o the_o performance_n of_o the_o duty_n of_o piety_n how_o some_o do_v all_o in_o outward_a show_n and_o for_o vainglory_n pray_v and_o fast_o to_o be_v see_v of_o man_n and_o give_v alm_n to_o have_v praise_n of_o man_n consider_v their_o work_n of_o righteousness_n their_o deal_n towards_o man_n how_o far_o they_o be_v from_o do_v unto_o other_o as_o they_o will_v that_o man_n shall_v do_v unto_o they_o further_o let_v it_o be_v observe_v how_o diverse_a will_v take_v their_o time_n and_o opportunity_n when_o they_o be_v out_o of_o the_o company_n of_o the_o godly_a they_o be_v for_o all_o company_n to_o do_v as_o other_o do_v to_o swear_v among_o swearer_n to_o game_n with_o gamester_n to_o drink_v with_o drunkard_n to_o be_v partaker_n with_o the_o adulterer_n and_o as_o the_o say_n be_v among_o good-fellow_n to_o play_v the_o goodfellow_n to_o carouse_v and_o drink_v health_n etc._n etc._n and_o by_o these_o thing_n it_o may_v evident_o appear_v that_o though_o they_o profess_v they_o know_v god_n yet_o by_o their_o work_n they_o deny_v he_o these_o be_v no_o good_a christian_n no_o sound_a professor_n because_o their_o word_n and_o their_o work_n do_v not_o agree_v together_o their_o conversation_n be_v not_o answerable_a to_o their_o profession_n but_o these_o be_v hypocrite_n yea_o atheist_n deny_v god_n they_o profess_v that_o they_o know_v god_n but_o in_o work_n they_o deny_v he_o to_o conclude_v see_v that_o wicked_a life_n and_o a_o bad_a conversation_n rank_n a_o man_n either_o among_o the_o profane_a or_o among_o hypocrite_n and_o such_o as_o deny_v god_n my_o exhortation_n to_o all_o that_o know_v god_n aright_o and_o to_o those_o that_o make_v a_o good_a profession_n be_v that_o of_o the_o apostle_n paul_n to_o the_o philippian_n you_o let_v your_o conversation_n be_v as_o
