the_o abomination_n of_o that_o tyrannical_a insolency_n and_o power_n from_o which_o it_o be_v now_o in_o a_o hopeful_a way_n of_o deliverance_n be_v it_o i_o say_v any_o unworthy_a policy_n in_o those_o now_o in_o power_n to_o provide_v for_o the_o liberty_n peace_n and_o safety_n of_o the_o people_n by_o discharge_v the_o one_o and_o the_o other_o from_o those_o place_n of_o interest_n and_o power_n which_o give_v they_o the_o opportunity_n of_o practise_v with_o so_o high_a a_o hand_n against_o they_o whereas_o they_o be_v charge_v to_o use_v their_o power_n with_o cruelty_n this_o be_v so_o broad-faced_a a_o calumny_n that_o nothing_o need_v be_v say_v for_o their_o vindication_n from_o it_o magistrate_n be_v not_o therefore_o cruel_a because_o they_o carry_v not_o the_o sword_n in_o vain_a or_o because_o be_v minister_n of_o god_n to_o take_v vengeance_n on_o evil_a doer_n they_o fulfil_v their_o ministry_n in_o this_o kind_n cruelty_n will_v be_v much_o more_o true_o and_o
