he_o be_v comprehend_v of_o christ._n now_o if_o any_o shall_v say_v that_o without_o a_o lively_a faith_n in_o christ_n none_o can_v be_v save_v i_o answer_v that_o god_n accept_v the_o desire_n to_o believe_v for_o lively_a faith_n in_o the_o time_n of_o temptation_n and_o in_o the_o time_n of_o our_o first_o conversion_n as_o i_o have_v say_v put_v case_n a_o man_n that_o never_o yet_o repent_v say_v that_o he_o do_v hearty_o desire_v to_o believe_v this_o he_o wish_v above_o all_o thing_n in_o the_o world_n and_o he_o esteem_v all_o thing_n as_o dung_n for_o christ_n &_o thus_o he_o die_v i_o demand_v now_o what_o shall_v we_o say_v of_o he_o sure_o we_o may_v say_v nothing_o but_o that_o he_o die_v the_o child_n of_o god_n and_o be_v undoubted_o save_v for_o howsoever_o it_o be_v a_o happy_a thing_n if_o man_n can_v come_v to_o that_o fullness_n of_o faith_n which_o be_v in_o abraham_n and_o many_o servant_n of_o god_n yet_o certain_a it_o be_v that_o god_n in_o sundry_a case_n accept_v of_o this_o desire_n to_o believe_v for_o ttue_n faith_n indeed_o and_o look_v as_o it_o be_v in_o nature_n so_o be_v it_o in_o grace_n in_o nature_n some_o die_v when_o they_o be_v child_n some_o in_o old_a age_n and_o some_o in_o full_a strength_n and_o yet_o all_o die_v man_n so_o again_o some_o die_v babe_n in_o christ_n some_o of_o more_o perfect_a faith_n and_o yet_o the_o weak_a have_v the_o seed_n of_o grace_n be_v the_o child_n of_o god_n &_o faith_n in_o his_o infancy_n be_v faith_n all_o this_o while_n it_o must_v be_v remember_v i_o say_v not_o there_o be_v a_o true_a faith_n without_o all_o apprehension_n but_o without_o a_o distinct_a apprehension_n for_o some_o space_n of_o time_n for_o this_o very_a desire_n by_o faith_n to_o apprehend_v christ_n &_o his_o merit_n be_v a_o kind_n of_o apprehension_n and_o thus_o we_o see_v the_o kind_n of_o implicit_a or_o enfold_v faith_n this_o doctrine_n be_v to_o be_v learn_v for_o two_o cause_n first_o of_o all_o it_o serve_v to_o rectify_v the_o conscience_n of_o weak_a one_o that_o they_o be_v not_o deceive_v touch_v their_o estare_fw-la for_o if_o we_o think_v that_o no_o faith_n can_v save_v but_o a_o full_a persuasion_n such_o as_o the_o faith_n of_o abraham_n be_v many_o true_o bear_v the_o name_n of_o christ_n must_v be_v put_v out_o of_o the_o role_n of_o the_o child_n of_o god_n we_o be_v therefore_o to_o know_v that_o there_o be_v a_o growth_n in_o grace_n as_o in_o nature_n &_o there_o be_v difference_n &_o degree_n of_o true_a faith_n and_o the_o least_o of_o they_o all_o be_v this_o enfold_v faith_n this_o
