the_o way_n into_o the_o most_o holy_a place_n into_o which_o under_o the_o law_n none_o but_o the_o high_a priest_n may_v enter_v and_o that_o but_o under_o a_o shadow_n once_o a_o year_n but_o christ_n by_o his_o own_o blood_n have_v open_v the_o way_n that_o we_o may_v with_o boldness_n have_v access_n to_o god_n christ_n the_o lord_n anoint_v have_v so_o order_v the_o matter_n be_v partaker_n of_o both_o nature_n that_o god_n and_o man_n shall_v meet_v in_o he_o in_o he_o god_n appear_v in_o love_n mercy_n and_o grace_n in_o he_o the_o saint_n meet_v the_o lord_n in_o righteousness_n salvation_n and_o praise_n so_o that_o he_o that_o hide_v himself_o before_o have_v now_o no_o durable_a joy_n nor_o true_a content_n but_o when_o in_o the_o sight_n of_o god_n in_o the_o lord_n jesus_n oh_o what_o a_o matchless_a mercy_n be_v here_o two_o at_o such_o a_o distance_n and_o enmity_n shall_v be_v reconcile_v and_o meet_v in_o one_o joy_v rejoice_v praise_v and_o delight_v each_o in_o other_o oh_o here_o i_o be_o force_v to_o stay_v a_o while_n in_o admiration_n of_o that_o boundless_a love_n and_o unfathomable_a wisdom_n of_o our_o dear_a jesus_n our_o death_n or_o sacrifice_n we_o be_v justify_v and_o our_o sin_n be_v pardon_v through_o the_o christ_n our_o sin_n pardon_v and_o we_o justify_v by_o the_o death_n of_o christ_n sacrifice_n of_o the_o lord_n jesus_n that_o we_o may_v come_v to_o a_o more_o clear_a understanding_n of_o this_o i_o desire_v you_o will_v mind_n that_o to_o justify_v signify_v either_o to_o make_v one_o just_o who_o before_o be_v unjust_a or_o to_o declare_v one_o to_o be_v just_a and_o again_o a_o man_n be_v say_v to_o be_v make_v just_a when_o of_o a_o sinner_n he_o be_v wash_v and_o cleanse_v as_o of_o a_o drunkard_n he_o be_v become_v sober_a and_o the_o like_a or_o when_o he_o be_v acquit_v of_o his_o fault_n so_o that_o though_o many_o sin_n remain_v they_o shall_v not_o condemn_v he_o in_o this_o last_o sense_n be_v a_o man_n say_v according_a to_o the_o scripture_n to_o be_v justify_v or_o have_v his_o sin_n pardon_v or_o be_v acquit_v bless_a be_v the_o man_n to_o who_o the_o lord_n impute_v not_o his_o sin_n that_o be_v who_o sin_n be_v forgive_v bid_v or_o 2._o psalm_n 32._o 2._o cover_v so_o likewise_o the_o declaration_n of_o a_o man_n to_o be_v a_o just_a man_n or_o justify_v be_v twofold_a either_o to_o his_o own_o soul_n or_o to_o other_o now_o according_a to_o the_o scripture_n it_o be_v the_o acquittal_n from_o sin_n that_o be_v proper_o call_v justification_n therefore_o say_v the_o apostle_n as_o condemnation_n come_v upon_o all_o so_o justification_n upon_o many_o justification_n be_v there_o take_v for_o the_o contrary_a to_o condemnation_n which_o be_v the_o freedom_n from_o it_o therefore_o say_v the_o scripture_n we_o be_v justify_v by_o his_o blood_n and_o by_o the_o spirit_n the_o scripture_n say_v we_o be_v justify_v by_o faith_n how_o then_o say_v you_o it_o be_v by_o the_o object_n blood_n of_o christ_n rom._n 5._o 1._o in_o answer_n to_o this_o there_o be_v these_o two_o thing_n to_o be_v mind_v sol._n 1._o that_o when_o man_n sin_v there_o be_v something_o threaten_v viz_o eternal_a wrath_n and_o misery_n which_o be_v not_o then_o inflict_v 2._o man_n conscience_n become_v guilty_a and_o so_o wrath_n fear_n terror_n and_o torment_n seize_v on_o he_o now_o we_o must_v consider_v that_o the_o blood_n of_o christ_n free_v we_o from_o both_o these_o from_o the_o first_o while_o we_o in_o our_o own_o mind_n through_o wicked_a work_n be_v enemy_n from_o the_o second_o viz._n that_o guilt_n we_o have_v contract_v through_o sin_n the_o blood_n of_o christ_n save_v we_o through_o faith_n therefore_o be_v it_o true_o say_v be_v justify_v by_o faith_n we_o have_v peace_n with_o god_n faith_n receive_v what_o christ_n have_v do_v for_o we_o and_o so_o justify_v we_o in_o our_o conscience_n that_o we_o have_v no_o more_o conscience_n of_o sin_n that_o be_v to_o say_v guilt_n for_o sin_n which_o will_v appear_v the_o more_o plain_o by_o this_o similitude_n a_o man_n have_v commit_v a_o offence_n against_o the_o law_n suppose_v felony_n or_o treason_n now_o the_o law_n say_v he_o that_o so_o offend_v shall_v die_v the_o death_n the_o conscience_n of_o his_o fault_n present_o strike_v horror_n to_o his_o spirit_n the_o man_n be_v apprehend_v and_o imprison_v for_o it_o and_o shut_v up_o till_o the_o dismal_a day_n of_o execution_n now_o while_o the_o poor_a man_n can_v expect_v nothing_o but_o death_n some_o friend_n of_o he_o unknown_a to_o he_o sue_v for_o his_o pardon_n satisfy_v the_o law_n and_o obtain_v it_o by_o which_o his_o friend_n have_v make_v sure_a of_o his_o life_n now_o be_v the_o man_n true_o justify_v or_o acquit_v from_o his_o fault_n though_o he_o know_v it_o not_o well_o what_o then_o his_o friend_n coure_v to_o he_o and_o say_v be_v of_o good_a cheer_n thy_o offence_n be_v forgive_v thou_o and_o so_o give_v he_o his_o pardon_n which_o he_o glad_o accept_v and_o have_v receive_v it_o he_o be_v now_o deliver_v from_o his_o bondage_n the_o prison_n open_v and_o the_o goalor_n command_v to_o set_v he_o at_o liberty_n and_o he_o be_v as_o sure_o free_v from_o the_o offence_n as_o if_o he_o have_v not_o sin_v at_o all_o even_o so_o it_o be_v with_o a_o poor_a soul_n for_o when_o man_n sin_v wrath_n even_o eternal_a misery_n be_v threaten_v and_o his_o spirit_n fill_v with_o horror_n now_o the_o lord_n christ_n when_o the_o soul_n be_v a_o stranger_n to_o he_o obtain_v his_o pardon_n purchase_v it_o with_o his_o own_o blood_n and_o then_o the_o man_n eternal_a happiness_n be_v make_v sure_a of_o and_o when_o the_o lord_n
