it_o take_v away_o all_o loathsomeness_n in_o the_o sight_n of_o god_n not_o from_o sin_n in_o the_o abstract_n but_o from_o the_o sinner_n so_o that_o he_o shall_v be_v as_o one_o absolute_o wash_v boldness_n in_o the_o presence_n of_o god_n heb._n 10._o 19_o 20_o 21_o 22._o when_o these_o thing_n be_v do_v then_o be_v sin_n purge_v and_o our_o soul_n be_v cleanse_v 2_o lie_n it_o may_v be_v inquire_v how_o we_o be_v to_o apply_v ourselves_o unto_o the_o blood_n of_o christ_n for_o our_o purification_n or_o how_o we_o may_v come_v continual_o to_o partake_v of_o the_o virtue_n of_o it_o as_o it_o be_v sprinkle_v unto_o that_o purpose_n now_o because_o what_o we_o do_v herein_o be_v wrought_v in_o we_o by_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n my_o principal_a design_n be_v to_o declare_v his_o work_n in_o our_o sanctification_n i_o shall_v at_o once_o declare_v both_o his_o work_n and_o our_o duty_n in_o the_o follow_a instance_n 1._o it_o be_v he_o who_o discover_v unto_o we_o and_o spiritual_o convince_v we_o of_o the_o pollution_n of_o sin_n and_o of_o our_o defilement_n thereby_o something_o indeed_o of_o this_o kind_a will_v be_v wrought_v by_o the_o power_n of_o natural_a conscience_n awaken_v and_o excite_v by_o ordinary_a outward_a mean_n of_o conviction_n for_o wherever_o there_o be_v a_o sense_n of_o gild_n there_o will_v be_v in_o some_o kind_n a_o sense_n of_o filth_n as_o fear_v and_o shame_n be_v inseparable_a but_o this_o sense_n alone_o will_v never_o guide_v we_o to_o the_o blood_n of_o christ_n for_o cleanse_v such_o a_o sight_n and_o conviction_n of_o it_o as_o fill_v we_o with_o self-abhorrency_a and_o abasement_n as_o may_v cause_v we_o to_o loathe_v ourselves_o
