be_v a_o mere_a humane_a creature_n also_o not_o over_o all_o the_o world_n but_o in_o the_o empire_n and_o where_o prince_n let_v he_o and_o consequent_o as_o man_n set_v he_o up_o man_n may_v take_v he_o down_o but_o yet_o that_o it_o be_v a_o orderly_a institution_n as_o king_n and_o emperor_n and_o that_o his_o place_n be_v lawful_a and_o that_o it_o be_v the_o duty_n of_o the_o church_n to_o derivation_n of_o the_o power_n which_o christ_n give_v peter_n and_o as_o about_o the_o foundation_n so_o about_o the_o subject_a and_o the_o measure_n of_o power_n yea_o who_o be_v the_o true_a chief_a ruler_n over_o the_o uuniversal_a church_n there_o be_v these_o several_a sort_n of_o popery_n i._o some_o believe_v that_o it_o be_v general_a council_n that_o be_v the_o subject_a or_o possessor_n of_o supreme_a church_n power_n and_o infallibility_n and_o that_o the_o pope_n be_v but_o the_o first_o in_o order_n of_o the_o five_o patriarch_n in_o such_o council_n who_o have_v no_o necessary_a right_n to_o call_v they_o nor_o no_o negative_a voice_n in_o they_o nor_o any_o government_n over_o the_o other_o patriarch_n or_o their_o church_n but_o only_o the_o first_o seat_n if_o
