only_o be_v the_o supreme_a bond_n of_o conscience_n there_o be_v one_o lawgiver_n 4.12_o jam._n 4.12_o who_o be_v able_a to_o save_v or_o to_o destroy_v who_o be_v thou_o that_o judge_v another_o that_o be_v there_o be_v but_o one_o supreme_a lawgiver_n to_o bind_v the_o conscience_n of_o man_n and_o that_o be_v god_n and_o the_o reason_n be_v give_v because_o it_o be_v god_n only_o who_o be_v ever_o and_o to_o judge_v a_o man_n according_a to_o all_o that_o he_o have_v do_v and_o therefore_o he_o only_o can_v make_v law_n to_o bind_v the_o conscience_n of_o man_n 2._o now_o the_o secondary_a or_o relative_a bond_n of_o conscience_n be_v when_z other_o who_o have_v authority_n from_o god_n bound_v conscience_n to_o this_o or_o that_o i_o call_v this_o a_o relative_a bond_n because_o it_o be_v only_o in_o relation_n to_o the_o authority_n of_o god_n for_o though_o man_n can_v challenge_v any_o do_n or_o omission_n contrary_a to_o their_o law_n to_o be_v sin_n yet_o if_o they_o have_v authority_n from_o god_n to_o command_v any_o thing_n than_o they_o become_v beam_n and_o part_n of_o god_n law_n and_o do_v by_o virtue_n of_o that_o bound_v a_o man_n conscience_n this_o relative_a bond_n of_o conscience_n be_v twofold_a first_o other_o man_n may_v bind_v our_o conscience_n as_o magistrate_n and_o master_n and_o parent_n who_o though_o they_o can_v bind_v conscience_n as_o they_o be_v man_n yet_o when_o they_o have_v authority_n from_o god_n their_o command_n have_v god_n seal_n upon_o they_o and_o do_v bind_v i_o say_v in_o relation_n to_o god_n law_n which_o bid_v we_o obey_v they_o rom._n 13.5_o you_o must_v needs_o be_v subject_n not_o only_o for_o wrath_n but_o also_o for_o conscience_n sake_n the_o apostle_n there_o speak_v of_o magistrate_n
