god_n and_o that_o for_o conscience_n sake_n too_o why_o because_o the_o magistrate_n be_v the_o minister_n of_o god_n neither_o may_v they_o be_v resist_v and_o why_o because_o to_o resist_v they_o be_v to_o resist_v the_o ordinance_n of_o god_n that_o be_v s._n paul_n doctrine_n and_o s._n peter_n accord_v with_o he_o 2.13_o submit_v yourselves_o say_v he_o to_o every_o ordinance_n of_o man_n
