to_o god_n will_v and_o subversive_a to_o the_o magistrate_n government_n let_v they_o be_v implead_v and_o punish_v after_o due_a conviction_n and_o judgement_n but_o not_o before_o it_o be_v not_o impossible_a but_o a_o governor_n may_v think_v himself_o bind_v in_o conscience_n to_o command_v what_o a_o inferior_a may_v be_v persuade_v he_o ought_v not_o to_o obey_v the_o superior_n
