bishop_n and_o prelate_n as_o contradistinct_a from_o the_o other_o and_o that_o therefore_o this_o exposition_n and_o application_n which_o all_o alongst_o do_v confound_v bishop_n and_o minister_n as_o if_o there_o be_v no_o distinction_n among_o they_o be_v not_o to_o be_v admit_v to_o say_v something_o to_o this_o now_o upon_o the_o close_a of_o all_o the_o epistle_n we_o do_v indeed_o
