or_o number_n of_o man_n be_v under_o a_o lieuten_a aunt_n shall_v be_v assemble_v and_o continue_v together_o or_o by_o any_o captain_n petty_a captain_n or_o other_o have_v charge_n of_o man_n that_o shall_v serve_v under_o any_o lord_n warden_n or_o other_o cheiftayne_n that_o then_o upon_o complaint_n thereof_o the_o lord_n lieutenant_n or_o the_o lord_n warden_n or_o other_o cheyftayne_n of_o the_o payment_n of_o the_o say_a subsidye_n grant_v to_o the_o king_n and_o queen_n majesty_n by_o this_o act_n untyll_o the_o several_a day_n and_o time_n appoint_v and_o agree_v for_o the_o payment_n of_o the_o say_a myse_n shall_v be_v expire_v and_o likewise_o the_o day_n and_o time_n of_o the_o say_a subsidye_n latelye_a grant_v to_o our_o say_a soveraygne_a lord_n and_o lady_n be_v past_a and_o expyre_v and_o that_o then_o the_o payment_n of_o the_o say_a subsidye_n grant_v by_o this_o present_a act_n shall_v be_v make_v at_o the_o receipt_n of_o the_o king_n and_o queen_n exchequer_n before_o the_o first_o day_n of_o march_n next_o folowinge_v after_o the_o day_n appoint_v for_o the_o latter_a payment_n to_o be_v make_v of_o the_o say_a myse_n and_o also_o of_o the_o payment_n of_o the_o say_v former_a subsidye_n furthermore_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o thauctoritie_n aforesaid_a that_o the_o tenant_n and_o dweller_n of_o everye_o the_o say_a county_n in_o this_o proviso_n remember_v shall_v several_o before_o the_o feast_n of_o penthecost_n next_o ensue_v certify_v in_o the_o say_a court_n of_o exchequer_n under_o the_o seal_n of_o two_o justice_n of_o peace_n of_o everye_o the_o say_a county_n whereof_o one_o to_o be_v of_o the_o quorum_fw-la when_o and_o what_o day_n the_o last_o payment_n of_o the_o say_v several_a mise_n now_o due_a in_o any_o of_o the_o say_a county_n shall_v end_v and_o expyre_v provide_v also_o that_o the_o say_a grant_n of_o subsidy_n or_o any_o other_o thing_n therein_o contain_v do_v not_o in_o any_o wise_n extend_v to_o be_v prejudicial_a or_o hurtful_a to_o the_o inhabitant_n or_o resiaunte_n at_o this_o present_a time_n within_o the_o fyve_o port_n or_o to_o any_o of_o their_o member_n incorporate_a or_o unite_v to_o the_o same_o fyve_o port_n or_o to_o any_o of_o the_o same_o fyve_o port_n of_o or_o for_o any_o part_n or_o parcel_n of_o the_o say_a sum_n grant_v in_o this_o parliament_n of_o the_o say_a inhabitant_n now_o resiaunt_a or_o any_o of_o they_o to_o be_v tax_v set_v ask_v levy_v or_o pay_v but_o the_o say_a inhabitant_n and_o resiaunte_n in_o the_o say_v fyve_o port_n and_o their_o member_n be_v and_o shall_v be_v of_z and_o from_o the_o say_a grant_n and_o payment_n of_o the_o say_a subsidy_n during_o their_o resiauncy_n there_o and_o no_o long_o clearlye_o acquit_v and_o
