in_o eyre_n shall_v swear_v that_o well_o and_o true_o you_o shall_v serve_v the_o king_n in_o the_o office_n of_o justice_n and_o shall_v do_v right_o to_o your_o power_n to_o all_o people_n as_o well_o to_o poor_a as_o to_o rich_a and_o that_o for_o highness_n nor_o for_o riches_n nor_o for_o hatred_n nor_o for_o the_o estate_n of_o any_o person_n nor_o for_o good_a deed_n gift_n nor_o promise_n of_o any_o person_n that_o be_v make_v to_o you_o or_o may_v be_v make_v to_o you_o neither_o by_o craft_n nor_o by_o maligny_n the_o right_a of_o any_o person_n you_o shall_v not_o disturb_v nor_o respite_n against_o reason_n nor_o against_o the_o law_n of_o the_o land_n but_o without_o have_v of_o regard_n of_o any_o estate_n or_o person_n true_o you_o shall_v do_v right_o to_o every_o person_n after_o the_o law_n and_o custom_n of_o the_o land_n and_o that_o you_o shall_v nothing_o take_v of_o any_o person_n for_o to_o do_v wrong_n or_o right_o to_o delay_v so_o god_n you_o help_v and_o his_o saint_n the_o oath_n of_o the_o clerk_n of_o the_o statute_n you_o shall_v swear_v that_o well_o and_o true_o you_o shall_v serve_v the_o king_n in_o the_o office_n of_o clerk_n of_o the_o statute_n in_o the_o town_n of_o b._n and_o that_o you_o shall_v be_v dwell_v and_o abide_v upon_o the_o same_o office_n in_o proper_a person_n without_o make_v any_o substitute_n or_o deputy_n and_o true_o you_o shall_v enter_v the_o recognizance_n the_o which_o shall_v be_v make_v afore_o you_o and_o they_o that_o keep_v the_o great_a party_n of_o the_o seal_n ordain_v for_o such_o recognezance_n to_o be_v take_v in_o the_o say_a town_n and_o that_o you_o shall_v not_o receive_v nor_o take_v any_o recognezance_n without_o the_o presence_n aforesaid_a that_o for_o to_o do_v be_v depute_v and_o ordain_v and_o that_o no_o manner_n of_o recognezance_n the_o which_o be_v not_o take_v by_o you_o and_o they_o together_o as_o it_o be_v aforesaid_a and_o you_o shall_v not_o enter_v they_o nor_o make_v they_o to_o be_v enter_v and_o that_o all_o manner_n of_o recognezance_n so_o before_o yond_o and_o they_o make_v you_o shall_v write_v and_o enroll_v with_o your_o own_o hand_n as_o god_n help_v you_o and_o his_o saint_n the_o oath_n of_o the_o chancellor_n of_o the_o exchequer_n you_o shall_v swear_v that_o well_o and_o true_o you_o shall_v serve_v the_o king_n in_o the_o office_n of_o chancellor_n of_o the_o exchequer_n and_o well_o and_o true_o you_o shall_v do_v all_o that_o pertain_v and_o belong_v to_o the_o same_o office_n and_o the_o king_n business_n and_o needs_o you_o shall_v speed_v afore_o all_o other_o and_o that_o no_o writ_n of_o judgement_n of_o any_o other_o place_n but_o of_o the_o exchequer_n itself_o you_o shall_v
