agreement_n by_o the_o order_n of_o such_o justice_n or_o justice_n of_o peace_n as_o shall_v dwell_v in_o the_o same_o parish_n or_o if_o none_o be_v there_o dwell_v in_o the_o part_n next_o adjoin_v and_o if_o any_o person_n shall_v refuse_v or_o neglect_v to_o pay_v any_o such_o portion_n of_o money_n so_o tax_v it_o shall_v be_v lawful_a for_o the_o say_a churchwarden_n and_o constable_n or_o any_o of_o they_o or_o in_o their_o default_n for_o any_o justice_n of_o peace_n of_o the_o say_a limit_n to_o levy_v the_o same_o by_o distress_n and_o sale_n of_o the_o good_n of_o the_o party_n so_o refuse_v or_o neglect_v render_v to_o the_o party_n the_o overplus_n and_o in_o default_n of_o such_o distress_n it_o shall_v be_v lawful_a to_o any_o justice_n of_o that_o limit_n to_o commit_v
