person_n which_o have_v not_o repair_v to_o some_o usual_a church_n or_o chappel_n and_o there_o hear_v divine_a service_n but_o have_v forbear_v the_o same_o by_o the_o space_n of_o three_o month_n last_o pass_v contrary_a to_o the_o law_n and_o statute_n of_o this_o realm_n dwell_v abide_v or_o remain_v within_o the_o city_n of_o london_n or_o the_o liberty_n thereof_o or_o within_o ten_o mile_n of_o the_o say_a city_n shall_v within_o three_o month_n next_o after_o the_o end_n of_o this_o session_n of_o parliament_n depart_v from_o the_o say_a city_n of_o london_n and_o ten_o mile_n eliz._n cap._n 2._o sect._n 2._o provide_v always_o london_n stat._n sect._n 6._o tradesman_n and_o dweller_n in_o or_o about_o london_n that_o such_o person_n or_o person_n as_o now_o use_v any_o trade_n mystery_n or_o manual_a occupation_n within_o the_o say_a city_n of_o london_n or_o within_o ten_o mile_n of_o the_o same_o and_o such_o as_o have_v or_o shall_v have_v their_o only_a dwell_n within_o the_o say_a city_n or_o ten_o mile_n compass_n of_o the_o same_o not_o have_v any_o other_o dwell_v or_o place_n of_o abode_n elsewhere_o shall_v or_o may_v remain_v and_o continue_v in_o such_o place_n within_o the_o say_a city_n or_o ten_o mile_n of_o the_o same_o as_o they_o have_v dwell_v inhabit_v or_o remain_v in_o by_o the_o space_n of_o three_o month_n next_o before_o this_o present_a session_n of_o parliament_n any_o thing_n herein_o contain_v to_o the_o contrary_a notwithstanding_o this_o proviso_n be_v by_o some_o take_v to_o be_v in_o force_n at_o this_o day_n except_v at_o this_o day_n not_o except_v but_o yet_o under_o favour_n as_o the_o proviso_n be_v pen_v it_o seem_v to_o the_o contrary_a and_o that_o now_o all_o popish_a recusant_n convict_v or_o the_o same_o notwithstanding_o they_o be_v tradesman_n or_o have_v no_o other_o place_n of_o dwell_v for_o as_o to_o tradesman_n here_o be_v no_o other_o except_v then_o such_o as_o when_o this_o act_n be_v make_v use_v some_o trade_n mystery_n or_o manual_a occupation_n and_o as_o to_o both_o tradesman_n and_o such_o as_o have_v or_o shall_v have_v their_o only_a dwell_n within_o london_n or_o ten_o mile_n compass_n the_o statute_n limit_n they_o to_o that_o place_n where_o they_o inhabit_v three_o month_n next_o before_o that_o session_n of_o parliament_n wherein_o this_o act_n be_v make_v which_o can_v by_o any_o strain_a construction_n extend_v to_o those_o in_o future_a time_n but_o the_o meaning_n seem_v to_o be_v that_o popish_a recusant_n indict_v or_o convict_v of_o recusancy_n or_o not_o repair_v to_o church_n etc._n etc._n who_o be_v then_o tradesman_n within_o london_n or_o ten_o mile_n compass_n or_o such_o as_o then_o reside_v within_o london_n or_o ten_o mile_n compass_n and_o shall_v have_v no_o other_o place_n of_o abode_n may_v continue_v there_o so_o that_o they_o remove_v not_o to_o any_o other_o dwell_v then_o where_o they_o inhabit_v by_o the_o space_n of_o three_o month_n next_o before_o that_o session_n of_o parliament_n or_o if_o they_o do_v they_o be_v to_o lose_v the_o benefit_n of_o this_o proviso_n and_o must_v have_v remove_v above_o ten_o mile_n from_o london_n as_o well_o as_o other_o popish_a recusant_n convict_v or_o indict_v or_o not_o repair_v to_o church_n as_o aforesaid_a as_o for_o those_o word_n such_o as_o shall_v have_v their_o only_a dwell_n within_o the_o say_a city_n etc._n etc._n the_o future_a tense_n shall_v have_v do_v not_o intend_v such_o recusant_n as_o shall_v have_v their_o dwell_n there_o or_o within_o ten_o mile_n compass_n after_o the_o make_n of_o this_o act_n and_o not_o before_o but_o only_o such_o who_o have_v their_o dwell_n there_o before_o that_o session_n of_o parliament_n shall_v at_o the_o time_n of_o their_o be_v indict_v or_o convict_v have_v their_o only_a dwell_n there_o and_o no_o other_o place_n of_o dwell_v elsewhere_o for_o if_o they_o have_v at_o such_o time_n of_o their_o be_v convict_a or_o indict_v two_o several_a house_n one_o within_o london_n or_o ten_o mile_n and_o the_o other_o at_o
to_o any_o person_n or_o capable_a of_o any_o legacy_n or_o deéd_v of_o gift_n or_o to_o bear_v any_o office_n within_o the_o realm_n and_o shall_v lose_v and_o forfeit_v all_o his_o good_n and_o chattel_n and_o shall_v forfeit_v all_o his_o land_n tenement_n and_o hereditament_n rent_n annuity_n office_n and_o estate_n of_o fréehold_n for_o and_o during_o his_o natural_a life_n aforesaid_a any_o information_n presentment_n or_o indictment_n in_o any_o of_o the_o king_n court_n at_o westminster_n or_o at_o the_o assize_n every_o such_o person_n and_o person_n shall_v be_v disable_v from_o thenceforth_o to_o sue_v or_o use_v any_o action_n bill_n plaint_n or_o information_n in_o course_n of_o law_n or_o to_o prosecute_v any_o suit_n in_o any_o court_n of_o equity_n or_o to_o be_v guardian_n of_o any_o child_n or_o executor_n or_o administrator_n of_o any_o person_n or_o capable_a of_o any_o legacy_n or_o deed_n of_o gift_n or_o to_o bear_v any_o office_n within_o this_o realm_n of_o england_n dominion_n of_o wales_n or_o town_n of_o berwick_n upon_o tweed_n and_o shall_v forfeit_v the_o sum_n of_o five_o hundred_o pound_n to_o be_v recover_v by_o he_o or_o they_o
