of_o two_o message_n and_o two_o garden_n with_o their_o appurtenance_n in_o the_o parish_n of_o st._n p._n in_o the_o say_a city_n of_o l._n and_o that_o at_o the_o day_n of_o the_o return_n of_o the_o same_o writ_n the_o say_a t_n e_o of_o c._n shall_v appear_v thereunto_o and_o after_o declaration_n thereupon_o make_v the_o say_a t_n l_o after_o such_o time_n as_o he_o shall_v have_v make_v defence_n thereto_o shall_v vouch_v to_o warranty_n the_o common_a vouchee_n therewith_o shall_v be_v then_o and_o there_o ready_a to_o enter_v into_o warranty_n and_o shall_v warrant_v the_o same_o and_o after_o that_o declaration_n ther●_n against_o he_o make_v the_o same_o vouchee_n after_o defence_n by_o he_o make_v shall_v join_v the_o mouse_n upon_o the_o mere_a right_n that_o be_v to_o say_v that_o the_o say_v common_a vouchee_n have_v more_o right_a to_o hold_v the_o same_o two_o message_n and_o two_o garden_n with_o their_o appurtenance_n in_o manner_n and_o form_n as_o he_o hold_v the_o same_o then_o the_o say_v t_n f_o and_o t_n w_n have_v to_o demand_v the_o same_o whereupon_o the_o say_v t_n f_o and_o t_n w_n shall_v imparle_v after_o which_o imparlance_n the_o say_v t._n f._n and_o t._n w._n shall_v come_v again_o into_o the_o say_a court_n and_o the_o say_v common_a vouchee_n shall_v then_o make_v default_n and_o shall_v depart_v in_o despite_n of_o the_o same_o court_n whereupon_o the_o say_v t_n and_o t_n shall_v have_v no_o judgement_n according_a to_o the_o law_n and_o custom_n of_o the_o say_a city_n to_o recover_v seisin_n of_o the_o say_v two_o message_n and_o two_o garden_n against_o the_o say_v t._n l._n and_o the_o say_v t._n l._n to_o take_v judgement_n to_o recover_v over_o in_o value_n against_o the_o say_a common_a vouchee_n to_o be_v amercy_v and_o it_o be_v conclude_v covenant_v grant_v and_o agree_v by_o these_o present_n betwixt_o all_o the_o say_a party_n to_o these_o present_n that_o as_o well_o all_o and_o every_o the_o say_a recovery_n to_o be_v have_v pursue_v and_o execute_v in_o manner_n and_o form_n aforesaid_a as_o also_o all_o and_o every_o other_o recovery_n and_o recovery_n hereafter_o to_o be_v have_v of_o the_o same_o premise_n or_o any_o other_o parcel_n thereof_o by_o or_o against_o the_o say_a sir_n t_o and_o dame_n j._n with_o a_o vouchee_n over_o of_o the_o say_v t_n l_o of_o c._n aforesaid_a and_o every_o fine_a and_o fine_n deed_n and_o deed_n enroll_v and_o all_o and_o every_o other_o assurance_n conveyance_n and_o assurance_n hereafter_o to_o be_v have_v make_v or_o suffer_v of_o the_o premise_n or_o any_o part_n thereof_o between_o the_o say_a party_n to_o these_o present_a indenture_n or_o from_o one_o of_o they_o to_o another_o or_o by_o or_o from_o
