i_o beg_v your_o lordship_n favour_n to_o mention_v one_o case_n more_o and_o that_o be_v upon_o the_o statute_n of_o 31_o hen._n 8._o cap._n 8._o which_o enable_v the_o king_n by_o proclamation_n in_o many_o case_n to_o create_v the_o law_n which_o statute_n be_v repeal_v by_o 1._o edw._n 6._o cap._n 12._o that_o very_a act_n do_v recite_v that_o the_o law_n be_v not_o to_o be_v alter_v or_o restrain_v but_o by_o act_n of_o parliament_n and_o therefore_o the_o parliament_n enable_v the_o king_n to_o do_v so_o and_o so_o but_o that_o be_v such_o a_o power_n that_o the_o parliament_n dispense_v with_o the_o penalty_n in_o such_o a_o particular_a law_n as_o to_o particular_a person_n but_o it_o be_v agree_v by_o all_o that_o the_o king_n have_v no_o power_n to_o suspend_v any_o law_n and_o my_o lord_n i_o dare_v appeal_n to_o mr._n attorney_n general_n himself_o whether_o in_o the_o case_n of_o godden_n and_o hales_n which_o be_v late_o in_o this_o court_n to_o make_v good_a that_o dispensation_n he_o do_v not_o use_v it_o as_o a_o argument_n then_o that_o it_o can_v not_o be_v expound_v into_o a_o suspension_n he_o admit_v it_o not_o to_o be_v in_o king_n power_n to_o
