god_n the_o good_a of_o the_o nation_n in_o general_a and_o the_o life_n liberty_n and_o estate_n of_o every_o free_a commoner_n in_o england_n in_o particular_a be_v dear_a unto_o we_o than_o our_o very_a life_n that_o about_o the_o year_n 1642._o when_o the_o late_a king_n endeavour_v in_o the_o like_a hostile_a way_n to_o secure_v the_o person_n of_o the_o same_o number_n of_o man_n who_o be_v people_n that_o in_o their_o just_a vindication_n you_o then_o as_o fellow_n member_n and_o we_o though_o bind_v to_o our_o master_n for_o a_o time_n by_o our_o own_o free_a consent_n yet_o fellow_n commoner_n with_o they_o do_v join_v together_o we_o add_v our_o power_n unto_o your_o authority_n in_o manage_v whereof_o many_o of_o our_o dear_a friend_n and_o fellow_n soldier_n lose_v their_o general_a accusation_n which_o neither_o in_o law_n nor_o reason_n be_v any_o whit_n valid_a that_o therefore_o instead_o of_o bring_v they_o to_o a_o legal_a trial_n they_o will_v be_v destroy_v in_o
