before_o they_o as_o they_o shall_v find_v to_o stand_v with_o equity_n and_o good_a conscience_n all_o such_o their_o order_n or_o order_n to_o be_v register_v in_o a_o book_n as_o they_o have_v be_v accustom_v and_o as_o well_o the_o party_n plaintiff_n as_o the_o debtor_n or_o defendant_n to_o observe_v perform_v and_o keep_v the_o same_o in_o all_o point_n and_o that_o for_o the_o more_o due_a proceed_n herein_o it_o shall_v be_v lawful_a for_o the_o same_o commissioner_n or_o any_o three_o or_o more_o of_o they_o to_o minister_v a_o oath_n to_o the_o plaintiff_n or_o defendant_n and_o also_o to_o such_o witness_n as_o shall_v be_v produce_v on_o each_o party_n if_o the_o same_o commissioner_n or_o any_o three_o of_o they_o or_o more_o shall_v so_o think_v it_o meet_v and_o be_v they_o shall_v perform_v the_o order_n of_o the_o say_a commissioner_n in_o that_o behalf_n provide_v always_o that_o this_o act_n or_o any_o thing_n therein_o contain_v shall_v not_o extend_v to_o any_o debt_n for_o any_o rent_n upon_o any_o lease_n of_o land_n or_o tenement_n or_o any_o other_o real_a contract_n nor_o to_o any_o other_o debt_n that_o shall_v arise_v by_o reason_n of_o any_o cause_n concern_v a_o testament_n or_o matrimony_n or_o any_o thing_n concern_v or_o proper_o belong_v to_o the_o ecclesiastical_a court_n albeit_o the_o same_o shall_v be_v under_o forty_o shilling_n any_o thing_n before_o contain_v to_o the_o contrary_a in_o any_o wise_n notwithstanding_o the_o lord_n major_a and_o court_n of_o alderman_n do_v monthly_o assign_v such_o alderman_n and_o commons_o
