there_o distribute_v every_o man_n respective_o for_o man_n have_v better_o dispense_v with_o their_o money_n and_o plate_n conditional_o to_o receive_v the_o same_o with_o interest_n and_o have_v the_o public_a faith_n of_o the_o whole_a kingdom_n engage_v for_o the_o security_n thereof_o then_o be_v parsimonious_a and_o refractory_a perhaps_o have_v that_o money_n and_o plate_n take_v
