singular_a manner_n not_o only_o in_o the_o destruction_n of_o the_o far_o great_a part_n of_o the_o suburb_n of_o that_o city_n and_o all_o improvement_n about_o it_o as_o it_o still_o remain_v and_o in_o the_o ruin_n of_o many_o house_n within_o the_o wall_n then_o lay_v in_o rubbish_n and_o the_o rest_n great_o shatter_v by_o the_o enemy_n bomb_n and_o cannon_n but_o also_o by_o their_o many_o disbursement_n for_o secure_v and_o fortify_v the_o place_n buy_v and_o lay_v in_o arm_n and_o ammunition_n raise_v pay_v and_o subsist_v of_o force_n provision_n of_o all_o sort_n consume_v in_o the_o siege_n by_o the_o garrison_n clothes_n and_o other_o necessary_n afford_v to_o the_o officer_n and_o soldier_n that_o defend_v the_o city_n and_o debt_n contract_v for_o the_o public_a use_n and_o safety_n amount_v in_o all_o as_o on_o a_o moderate_a computation_n appear_v to_o about_o thirty_o thousand_o pound_n beside_o private_a loss_n in_o common_a with_o the_o rest_n of_o the_o suburb_n to_o a_o very_a ruinous_a condition_n that_o as_o they_o willing_o expose_v themselves_o and_o their_o all_o for_o the_o public_a interest_n and_o service_n so_o they_o have_v patient_o these_o eight_o year_n past_a lie_v under_o their_o loss_n support_v themselves_o with_o the_o hope_n that_o in_o good_a time_n especial_o if_o the_o war_n be_v once_o end_v and_o the_o great_a affair_n of_o the_o kingdom_n may_v admit_v such_o consideration_n will_v be_v have_v of_o they_o as_o they_o shall_v no_o long_o remain_v a_o poor_a ruinous_a spectacle_n to_o all_o a_o scorn_n to_o their_o early_a and_o singular_a service_n and_o suffering_n on_o the_o late_a happy_a revolution_n by_o the_o secure_n and_o defence_n of_o that_o city_n against_o a_o long_a and_o cruel_a siege_n which_o eminent_o contribute_v to_o the_o destroy_v the_o design_n of_o the_o enemy_n of_o these_o kingdom_n and_o show_v that_o thereby_o not_o only_o the_o great_a part_n of_o the_o city_n and_o suburb_n be_v demolish_v or_o render_v ruinous_n but_o also_o that_o their_o disbursement_n upon_o this_o occasion_n for_o fortify_v provide_v arm_n and_o ammunition_n raise_v and_o subsist_v force_n
