the_o connivance_n and_o toleration_n of_o this_o ungodly_a practice_n the_o seed_n of_o vice_n like_v so_o many_o hydra_n head_n grow_v upon_o your_o hand_n still_o furnish_v you_o with_o new_a matter_n of_o hopeless_a and_o unsuccessful_a toil_n and_o vexation_n for_o by_o this_o idle_a squander_v away_o their_o time_n they_o learn_v all_o kind_n of_o lewdness_n swear_v lie_v steal_v impudence_n and_o dissimulation_n which_o be_v then_o so_o timely_a and_o deep_o imprint_v upon_o their_o soul_n all_o the_o punishment_n in_o the_o world_n can_v hardly_o ever_o return_v they_o extensive_a charity_n imaginable_a we_o can_v allow_v ourselves_o to_o doubt_v of_o your_o lordship_n concurrence_n with_o the_o encouragement_n of_o so_o lawful_a and_o beneficial_a a_o proposal_n and_o we_o be_v bold_a to_o affirm_v that_o your_o lordship_n can_v begin_v your_o government_n from_o whence_o the_o whole_a city_n just_o expect_v so_o much_o happiness_n and_o advantage_n under_o the_o influence_n of_o a_o more_o bless_a and_o auspicious_a omen_n it_o be_v therefore_o humble_o propose_v that_o twenty_o school_n viz._n ten_o for_o boy_n and_o ten_o for_o girl_n be_v erect_v even_o our_o own_o child_n two_o three_o whereof_o if_o noâ—_n more_o within_o the_o compass_n and_o revolution_n of_o thirty_o or_o forty_o year_n by_o some_o private_a misfortune_n or_o public_a three_o child_n each_o one_o with_o another_o which_o be_v a_o hundred_o and_o twenty_o thousand_o so_o that_o at_o this_o time_n it_o be_v not_o to_o be_v question_v if_o a_o exact_a scrutiny_n be_v make_v and_o account_v give_v of_o each_o man_n offspring_n but_o that_o there_o be_v now_o half_a or_o two_o three_o of_o these_o that_o real_o want_v such_o a_o piece_n of_o charity_n as_o be_v here_o prepose_v now_o if_o we_o will_v but_o look_v forward_o we_o may_v rational_o conclude_v that_o thirty_o or_o forty_o year_n hence_o our_o child_n or_o grandchild_n may_v be_v in_o the_o like_o poor_a condition_n so_o that_o money_n thus_o dispose_v of_o as_o we_o have_v propose_v be_v a_o far_o better_a security_n to_o our_o posterity_n than_o the_o free_a land_n of_o any_o particular_a person_n can_v purchase_v for_o they_o beside_o you_o have_v the_o great_a god_n word_n and_o our_o saviour_n christ_n promise_n to_o indempnifie_v and_o save_v you_o harmless_a for_o he_o that_o
