of_o such_o money_n as_o if_o due_o collect_v and_o faithful_o manage_v may_v have_v in_o good_a part_n if_o not_o full_o satisfy_v the_o soldiery_n and_o do_v humble_o conceive_v that_o the_o parliament_n have_v so_o much_o the_o more_o reason_n to_o inquire_v into_o the_o same_o because_o that_o from_o this_o defect_n have_v rise_v those_o late_a attempt_n of_o some_o of_o the_o soldiery_n and_o there_o be_v such_o use_n make_v of_o the_o vote_n pass_v by_o the_o parliament_n for_o their_o satisfaction_n to_o invite_v and_o draw_v together_o very_o great_a number_n of_o officer_n and_o soldier_n from_o all_o part_n of_o the_o kingdom_n under_o pretence_n of_o share_v the_o money_n so_o obtain_v that_o it_o may_v very_o much_o endanger_v the_o peace_n and_o safety_n of_o the_o city_n the_o petitioner_n therefore_o for_o remedy_n of_o the_o say_a grievance_n and_o prevention_n of_o those_o danger_n which_o otherwise_o may_v be_v fear_v and_o for_o settlement_n of_o this_o miserable_a and_o distract_a kingdom_n do_v humble_o pray_v i._o that_o present_a command_n be_v give_v that_o no_o officer_n of_o war_n or_o soldier_n other_o than_o such_o as_o be_v already_o come_v in_o do_v enter_v the_o line_n of_o communication_n under_o any_o pretence_n to_o share_v in_o the_o money_n late_o appoint_v by_o parliament_n towards_o the_o satisfaction_n of_o
