about_o chruch-government_n it_o be_v this_o that_o we_o be_v to_o distinguish_v between_o that_o which_o be_v of_o this_o world_n and_o that_o which_o be_v external_a and_o visible_a in_o this_o world_n the_o kingdom_n of_o christ_n be_v not_o of_o this_o world_n yet_o some_o part_n of_o this_o kingdom_n be_v external_a and_o visible_a in_o this_o world_n for_o there_o be_v two_o part_n of_o the_o spiritual_a administration_n of_o christ_n kingdom_n the_o one_o be_v the_o internal_a operation_n of_o the_o spirit_n accompany_v the_o external_a mean_n which_o be_v his_o ordinance_n appoint_v by_o himself_o and_o his_o own_o authority_n the_o other_o be_v the_o external_a dispensation_n of_o these_o mean_n and_o ordinance_n by_o such_o officer_n as_o be_v call_v the_o minister_n kingdom_n before_o pilate_n yet_o be_v it_o no_o warrant_n for_o captain_n or_o commander_n to_o preach_v the_o gospel_n and_o to_o become_v prophet_n because_o first_o he_o be_v a_o spiritual_a
