that_o mathews_n shall_v have_v for_o the_o cure_n ten_o pound_n viz._n four_o pound_n in_o hand_n and_o mr._n hudlestons_n and_o his_o bill_n for_o the_o payment_n of_o the_o other_o six_o pound_n when_o the_o cure_n be_v do_v which_o bill_n be_v read_v open_o now_o it_o be_v aver_v and_o confess_v the_o cure_n be_v do_v and_o that_o four_o pound_n more_o be_v pay_v and_o mathews_n content_v to_o forbear_v the_o other_o forty_o shilling_n until_o the_o next_o term_n follow_v but_o it_o be_v not_o pay_v whereupon_o the_o say_v mathews_n it_o be_v three_o year_n since_o due_a cause_v curwin_n to_o be_v arrest_v and_o mr._n hudleston_n show_v this_o to_o the_o house_n and_o offer_v so_o he_o may_v have_v his_o man_n free_a to_o pay_v the_o money_n due_a and_o because_o it_o be_v aver_v that_o the_o sergeant_n know_v not_o of_o the_o say_a curwin_n be_v mr._n hudlestons_n man_n but_o only_o be_v tell_v that_o he_o be_v one_o of_o new-ian_n which_o indeed_o be_v true_a and_o he_o lie_v there_o in_o his_o brother_n chamber_n yet_o serve_v mr._n hudleston_n and_o the_o sergeant_n offer_v to_o swear_v the_o same_o but_o the_o sergeant_n say_v that_o after_o he_o be_v arrest_v curwin_n tell_v he_o he_o be_v mr._n hudlestons_n man._n and_o mathews_n say_v if_o you_o let_v he_o go_v i_o will_v be_v answer_v by_o you_o look_v you_o to_o it_o whereupon_o the_o sergeant_n confess_v he_o keep_v he_o and_o if_o he_o have_v offend_v he_o submit_v himself_o so_o the_o house_n award_v the_o sergeant_n shall_v be_v discharge_v pay_v his_o fee_n and_o that_o mathews_n shall_v pay_v they_o and_o mathews_n to_o pay_v his_o fee_n and_o remain_v three_o day_n in_o the_o sergeant_n custody_n for_o procure_v the_o arrest_n and_o that_o curwin_n shall_v have_v his_o writ_n of_o privilege_n and_o so_o he_o have_v this_o matter_n be_v argue_v diverse_o whether_o he_o shall_v be_v privilege_v or_o no_o and_o some_o think_v not_o but_o at_o length_n i_o stand_v up_o and_o show_v the_o house_n that_o he_o ought_v to_o be_v privilege_v for_o we_o have_v give_v judgement_n in_o the_o like_a case_n of_o the_o baron_n of_o waltons_n solicitor_n this_o parliament_n and_o thereupon_o it_o be_v put_v to_o the_o question_n and_o order_v he_o shall_v be_v privilege_v the_o house_n call_v to_o have_v the_o bill_n of_o ordnance_n read_v and_o send_v up_o ordnance_n far_o more_o large_a in_o matter_n and_o more_o strict_a in_o punishment_n than_o we_o be_v and_o where_o we_o stand_v so_o much_o upon_o the_o word_n without_o licence_n and_o spend_v time_n therein_o they_o make_v no_o such_o scruple_n but_o put_v it_o absolute_a beside_o i_o dare_v presume_v to_o
