and_o every_o other_o remainder_n and_o remainder_n reversion_n and_o reversion_n not_o herein_o mention_v to_o be_v save_v and_o preserve_v shall_v by_o the_o authority_n of_o this_o present_a parliament_n be_v deem_v construe_v and_o adjudge_v void_a debar_v and_o discharge_v to_o all_o intent_n and_o purpose_n whatsoever_o against_o your_o majesty_n your_o heir_n and_o successor_n and_o your_o and_o their_o grantee_n or_o assignee_n and_o the_o say_a land_n tenement_n and_o hereditaman_n belong_v to_o such_o rebel_n as_o aforesaid_a shall_v be_v vest_v in_o your_o majesty_n your_o heir_n and_o successor_n free_v and_o discharge_v of_o the_o say_a remainder_n and_o remainder_n and_o every_o of_o they_o and_o to_o the_o end_n the_o reversion_n and_o remainder_n save_v and_o preserve_v by_o this_o act_n may_v appear_v with_o all_o convenient_a speed_n be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o the_o respective_a person_n entitle_v to_o such_o remainder_n and_o reversion_n do_v within_o sixty_o day_n next_o after_o the_o first_o sit_v of_o the_o commissioner_n for_o execute_v the_o say_a act_n of_o repeal_n and_o this_o present_a act_n exhibit_v their_o claim_n before_o the_o say_a commissioner_n and_o make_v out_o their_o title_n to_o such_o remainder_n or_o remainder_n so_o as_o to_o procure_v their_o adjudication_n and_o certificate_n for_o the_o same_o or_o the_o adjudication_n and_o certificate_n of_o some_o three_o or_o more_o of_o they_o and_o further_o that_o all_o remainder_n for_o which_o such_o adjucation_n and_o certificate_n shall_v not_o be_v procure_v at_o or_o before_o one_o hundred_o and_o twenty_o day_n after_o the_o first_o sit_v of_o the_o say_a commissioner_n shall_v be_v void_a and_o for_o ever_o bar_v and_o exclude_v any_o thing_n in_o this_o act_n or_o other_o matter_n to_o the_o contrary_a in_o any_o wise_n notwithstanding_o all_o which_o land_n tenement_n and_o hereditament_n mention_v as_o aforesaid_a to_o be_v forfeit_v unto_o and_o vest_v in_o your_o majesty_n by_o any_o the_o clause_n aforesaid_a be_v hereby_o declare_v to_o be_v so_o forfeit_v unto_o and_o vest_v in_o your_o majesty_n without_o any_o office_n or_o inquisition_n thereof_o find_v or_o to_o be_v find_v and_o the_o same_o to_o be_v to_o the_o use_v intent_n and_o purpose_n in_o the_o say_a act_n of_o repeal_n and_o in_o this_o present_a act_n mention_v and_o express_v and_o whereas_o several_a person_n hereafter_o name_v viz._n lyonel_n earl_n of_o orrery_n mrs._n ....._o trap_n ann_n vicecountess_n dowager_n of_o dungannon_n robert_n boyl_n esq_n catherine_n woodcock_n alice_z countess_z dowager_z of_o drogheda_n alice_z countess_z dowager_z of_o mountroth_o isabella_z countess_z
