themselves_o distress_v to_o call_v for_o help_v and_o open_v their_o grief_n if_o in_o this_o time_n and_o liberty_n of_o the_o gospel_n it_o may_v be_v free_a in_o defence_n and_o furtherance_n of_o the_o gospel_n to_o speak_v the_o truth_n the_o truth_n be_v that_o that_o statute_n in_o other_o respect_n be_v over-favourable_a to_o the_o people_n as_o make_v altogether_o or_o their_o advantage_n rather_o then_o to_o the_o minister_n and_o too_o hard_o to_o the_o minister_n not_o to_o the_o people_n namely_o first_o in_o regard_n of_o the_o time_n allow_v for_o payement_fw-fr which_o be_v at_o easter_n for_o till_o then_o by_o the_o statute_n the_o parishioner_n may_v choose_v whether_o he_o will_v pay_v any_o penny_n of_o offering_n or_o of_o those_o personal_a tithe_n this_o clause_n i_o as_o may_v be_v take_v thereby_o occasion_n to_o shuffle_v together_o their_o whole_a year_n employment_n and_o than_o though_o they_o have_v gain_v well_o in_o the_o former_a quarter_n of_o the_o year_n if_o happy_o they_o have_v lose_v any_o thing_n in_o the_o late_a the_o parson_n pay_v for_o it_o whereas_o if_o they_o pay_v those_o personal_a tithe_n as_o the_o husbandman_n do_v his_o prediall_n or_o as_o fisher_n and_o fowler_n do_v their_o personal_a viz._n always_o when_o they_o arise_v or_o at_o the_o quarter_n end_n as_o in_o london_n the_o minister_n may_v happy_o fare_v a_o little_a better_o than_o common_o he_o do_v neither_o be_v this_o all_o but_o by_o this_o mean_n 3_o if_o the_o incumbent_n have_v serve_v 2._o or_o 3._o quarter_n of_o the_o year_n and_o more_o
