desire_v by_o this_o court_n to_o take_v care_n that_o every_o cart_n allow_v by_o they_o to_o work_n within_o the_o city_n of_o london_n and_o the_o liberty_n thereof_o contain_v in_o length_n between_o the_o tugg-hole_n and_o the_o fore-ear_n breadth_n six_o foot_n and_o four_o inch_n of_o assize_n and_o no_o more_o and_o in_o breadth_n between_o the_o two_o rave_v in_o the_o body_n of_o the_o say_a cart_n four_o foot_n of_o assize_n and_o no_o more_o and_o in_o length_n from_o the_o fore-ear_n breadth_n to_o the_o end_n of_o the_o cart_n seven_o foot_n and_o two_o inch_n of_o assize_n and_o no_o more_o and_o if_o any_o carr_n shall_v be_v find_v of_o great_a length_n or_o breadth_n that_o then_o the_o same_o carr_n may_v be_v take_v up_o by_o the_o say_a precedent_n or_o governor_n or_o their_o officer_n or_o officer_n appoint_v for_o that_o purpose_n and_o be_v send_v to_o the_o new_a store-yard_n four_o the_o say_a precedent_n or_o governor_n be_v desire_v to_o take_v care_n that_o all_o car-man_n be_v order_v with_o their_o empty_a car_n to_o stand_v in_o convenient_a place_n of_o this_o city_n to_o be_v ready_a for_o merchant_n and_o all_o other_o person_n that_o shall_v have_v occasion_n to_o use_v they_o and_o if_o any_o carrman_n shall_v not_o observe_v the_o rule_n that_o shall_v be_v make_v by_o the_o say_a precedent_n or_o governor_n for_o their_o stand_n in_o the_o street_n for_o merchant_n and_o other_o every_o carrman_n so_o offend_v shall_v for_o the_o first_o offence_n pay_v two_o shilling_n and_o six_o penny_n for_o the_o second_o offence_n five_o shilling_n and_o for_o his_o three_o and_o every_o other_o offence_n ten_o shilling_n and_o for_o refusal_n or_o not_o payment_n of_o any_o of_o the_o say_a fine_n they_o to_o be_v by_o the_o say_a precedent_n or_o governor_n discharge_v from_o work_v any_o carr_n or_o cart_n within_o the_o city_n of_o london_n and_o liberty_n thereof_o five_o that_o the_o say_a precedent_n or_o governor_n shall_v take_v care_n that_o no_o carrman_n leave_v his_o carr_n in_o the_o street_n lane_n or_o common_a passage_n of_o this_o city_n or_o liberty_n thereof_o by_o night_n whereby_o any_o person_n or_o person_n may_v take_v harm_n upon_o pain_n of_o forfeit_v for_o every_o time_n he_o or_o they_o so_o leave_v his_o carr_n in_o the_o street_n by_o night_n the_o sum_n of_o five_o shilling_n beside_o recompense_n to_o the_o party_n as_o shall_v sustain_v hurt_v or_o damage_n thereby_o six_o that_o the_o say_a precedent_n or_o governor_n take_v care_n that_o no_o carr_n within_o john_n fox_n robert_n hardy_n edward_n oxlad_a anthony_n brown_n isaac_n preston_n john_n clark_n thomas_n haynes_n thomas_n smith_n thomas_n hooker_n john_n cue_n james_n maw_n edward_n benson_n john_n caines_n alexander_n sheppard_n edward_n tucker_n edward_n lucar_n and_o john_n chitwel_n shall_v be_v first_o assistant_n of_o the_o say_a fellowship_n or_o fraternity_n four_o that_o the_o old_a warden_n and_o assistant_n of_o the_o say_a brotherhood_n may_v lawful_o between_o the_o five_o and_o twenty_o day_n of_o march_n and_o the_o four_o and_o twenty_o day_n of_o june_n in_o every_o year_n than_o next_o follow_v assemble_v themselves_o together_o in_o some_o convenient_a place_n by_o they_o to_o be_v provide_v within_o the_o city_n of_o london_n and_o there_o to_o choose_v and_o elect_v of_o themselves_o out_o of_o the_o say_a assistant_n of_o the_o same_o brotherhood_n three_o able_a man_n that_o use_v the_o say_a occupation_n to_o be_v warden_n of_o the_o say_a brotherhood_n for_o one_o whole_a year_n than_o next_o follow_v and_o so_o forth_o until_o three_o other_o shall_v be_v elect_v and_o swear_v into_o the_o say_v office_n and_o the_o same_o three_o warden_n so_o choose_v within_o twenty_o day_n then_o next_o follow_v after_o their_o say_a election_n shall_v be_v swear_v in_o the_o say_a court_n to_o be_v hold_v in_o the_o say_v utter_a chamber_n of_o guild-hall_n before_o the_o lord_n mayor_n and_o alderman_n for_o the_o time_n be_v true_o to_o do_v and_o execute_v such_o thing_n as_o shall_v appertain_v and_o belong_v to_o their_o office_n according_a to_o the_o good_a rule_n and_o ordinance_n to_o they_o to_o be_v allow_v and_o approve_v by_o the_o same_o court._n and_o that_o if_o the_o say_a warden_n be_v thus_o elect_v and_o swear_v happen_v to_o die_v within_o the_o say_a year_n that_o they_o shall_v stand_v warden_n that_o then_o the_o member_n of_o the_o say_a brotherhood_n viz._n the_o say_a warden_n survive_v and_o the_o assistant_n of_o the_o brotherhood_n may_v choose_v so_o many_o more_o of_o the_o same_o occupation_n to_o supply_v and_o serve_v in_o stead_n and_o place_n of_o he_o or_o they_o so_o decease_v for_o the_o residue_n of_o the_o say_a year_n in_o form_n aforesaid_a and_o in_o case_n any_o such_o person_n or_o person_n refuse_v to_o hold_v the_o say_a place_n of_o a_o warden_n so_o choose_v the_o same_o peron_fw-mi or_o person_n so_o refuse_v shall_v pay_v for_o a_o fine_a three_o pound_n to_o be_v employ_v to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o say_a fellowship_n or_o brotherhood_n five_o that_o within_o one_o month_n next_o after_o the_o choose_n of_o the_o new_a warden_n at_o the_o end_n of_o every_o year_n in_o form_n aforesaid_a the_o old_a warden_n which_o occupy_v and_o stand_v in_o the_o office_n in_o the_o year_n than_o next_o precede_v shall_v make_v and_o yield_v up_o their_o account_n to_o the_o warden_n then_o choose_v and_o to_o three_o or_o four_o other_o person_n of_o the_o say_a brotherhood_n such_o as_o the_o say_v new_a warden_n shall_v appoint_v to_o take_v their_o account_n and_o shall_v true_o answer_v pay_v and_o deliver_v unto_o the_o say_v new_a warden_n to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o same_o brotherhood_n all_o that_o which_o shall_v be_v find_v to_o remain_v in_o their_o hand_n upon_o that_o account_n upon_o pain_n of_o five_o pound_n to_o be_v pay_v to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o say_a fellowship_n and_o if_o the_o say_a account_n be_v behind_o and_o not_o give_v up_o and_o payment_n of_o what_o shall_v be_v find_v to_o remain_v in_o their_o hand_n make_v as_o aforesaid_a that_o the_o old_a warden_n so_o fail_v except_o they_o have_v a_o reasonable_a and_o lawful_a excuse_n shall_v pay_v for_o every_o month_n so_o long_o as_o their_o account_n be_v not_o give_v up_o and_o satisfaction_n make_v within_o one_o month_n after_o the_o choose_n of_o the_o new_a warden_n the_o sum_n of_o five_o pound_n over_o and_o above_o the_o aforesaid_a penalty_n of_o five_o pound_n for_o failure_n of_o the_o first_o month_n to_o be_v employ_v as_o aforesaid_a six_o that_o the_o say_a warden_n and_o assistant_n of_o the_o say_a brotherhood_n or_o fellowship_n may_v have_v choose_v or_o ordain_v one_o meet_a person_n fit_a and_o able_a to_o be_v their_o clerk_n and_o one_o other_o fit_a person_n or_o more_o than_o one_o to_o be_v their_o beadle_n or_o beadle_n as_o their_o common_a officer_n to_o make_v summons_n in_o the_o name_n of_o the_o warden_n for_o the_o time_n be_v and_o to_o execute_v other_o the_o lawful_a precept_n and_o commandment_n of_o the_o say_a fellowship_n as_o the_o case_n shall_v require_v the_o same_o clerk_n and_o beadle_n or_o beadle_n to_o have_v such_o salary_n and_o wage_n as_o the_o old_a warden_n and_o brotherhood_n for_o the_o time_n be_v shall_v think_v fit_a and_o allow_v unto_o they_o to_o be_v pay_v quarterly_o every_o year_n the_o same_o beadle_n or_o beadle_n to_o be_v of_o the_o occupation_n aforesaid_a and_o that_o it_o shall_v be_v lawful_a for_o the_o say_a warden_n for_o the_o time_n be_v to_o levy_v collect_v and_o receive_v of_o the_o member_n of_o the_o say_a brotherhood_n a_o competent_a sum_n of_o money_n to_o be_v by_o they_o agree_v upon_o by_o the_o name_n of_o quarterage_n towards_o the_o charge_n of_o the_o say_a brotherhood_n as_o in_o other_o fellowship_n in_o this_o city_n be_v use_v so_o as_o the_o same_o quarterage_n exceed_v not_o twelve_o penny_n a_o quarter_n for_o any_o one_o person_n seven_o that_o as_o often_o as_o any_o person_n of_o the_o say_a brotherhood_n or_o fellowship_n hereafter_o shall_v be_v due_o summon_v by_o the_o beadle_n of_o the_o say_a society_n to_o appear_v before_o the_o warden_n of_o the_o say_a fellowship_n for_o the_o time_n be_v at_o a_o certain_a hour_n assign_v and_o appear_v not_o at_o the_o time_n and_o place_n appoint_v according_a to_o their_o summons_n that_o the_o say_a person_n so_o summon_v make_v default_n unless_o he_o have_v some_o reasonable_a and_o lawful_a excuse_n shall_v pay_v to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o say_a fellowship_n for_o a_o fine_a such_o a_o sum_n of_o money_n as_o the_o say_a warden_n for_o the_o time_n be_v shall_v appoint_v not_o exceed_v two_o shilling_n and_o sixpence_n eight_o that_o if_o any_o person_n be_v a_o man_n of_o the_o same_o fellowship_n shall_v at_o any_o time_n hereafter_o use_n or_o give_v any_o evil_n opprobrious_a or_o revile_v language_n in_o the_o street_n or_o elsewhere_o to_o any_o other_o freeman_n of_o the_o same_o fellowship_n that_o then_o the_o person_n so_o offend_v shall_v pay_v to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o say_a brotherhood_n the_o sum_n of_o five_o shilling_n and_o if_o any_o apprentice_n servant_n to_o any_o of_o the_o say_a fellowship_n shall_v offend_v in_o such_o wise_a that_o then_o the_o same_o apprentice_n or_o servant_n shall_v be_v punish_v by_o the_o order_n and_o discretion_n of_o the_o warden_n of_o the_o say_a company_n for_o the_o time_n be_v nine_o that_o if_o any_o freeman_n of_o the_o say_a fellowship_n shall_v strike_v or_o fight_v with_o any_o of_o the_o say_a fellowship_n that_o then_o he_o shall_v forfeit_v for_o every_o such_o offence_n ten_o shilling_n to_o be_v pay_v to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o say_a fellowship_n and_o every_o apprentice_n guilty_a shall_v give_v evil_a opprobrious_a or_o revile_v language_n in_o the_o street_n or_o elsewhere_o to_o any_o person_n whatsoever_o not_o free_a of_o the_o say_a fellowship_n or_o strike_v or_o fight_v with_o any_o such_o person_n the_o say_a brotherhood_n shall_v have_v nothing_o to_o do_v therein_o but_o the_o say_a journeyman_n or_o servant_n shall_v be_v punish_v by_o the_o order_n
offence_n shall_v be_v disenable_v from_o further_a work_v a_o carr_n within_o the_o city_n of_o london_n and_o liberty_n thereof_o nine_o that_o the_o say_a precedent_n or_o governor_n take_v care_n that_o no_o carrman_n his_o journeyman_n or_o servant_n ride_v upon_o his_o carr_n or_o drive_v his_o horse_n a_o trot_n in_o the_o street_n or_o otherwise_o in_o a_o more_o speedy_a course_n or_o pace_n than_o be_v usual_a upon_o pain_n of_o forfeit_v for_o every_o offence_n herein_o two_o shilling_n ten_o that_o the_o say_a precedent_n or_o governor_n take_v care_n that_o every_o carrman_n lead_v his_o horse_n by_o the_o head_n with_o a_o horse_n halter_n of_o three_o foot_n and_o no_o long_o with_o a_o special_a regard_n always_o before_o he_o as_o behind_o he_o as_o well_o for_o appoint_v any_o servant_n or_o journey_n man_n to_o go_v with_o any_o carr_n or_o cart_n before_o he_o be_v present_v to_o they_o the_o say_a precedent_n or_o governor_n and_o allow_v by_o they_o which_o servant_n or_o journeyman_n shall_v be_v of_o the_o age_n of_o eighteen_o year_n at_o the_o least_o and_o whatsoever_o carrman_n shall_v hereafter_o entertain_v and_o employ_v as_o a_o carrman_n in_o guide_v of_o a_o carr_n any_o such_o servant_n the_o full_a time_n of_o six_o week_n before_o he_o be_v present_v to_o the_o say_a precedent_n or_o governor_n than_o he_o shall_v servant_n of_o car-man_n shall_v appear_v before_o the_o say_a precedent_n or_o governor_n with_o their_o indenture_n to_o be_v allow_v and_o enter_v in_o the_o book_n of_o the_o say_a governor_n for_o which_o entrance_n to_o pay_v six_o penny_n twelve_o further_n that_o if_o any_o master_n carrman_n or_o any_o other_o use_v or_o enjoy_v a_o carr_n within_o this_o city_n and_o liberty_n thereof_o shall_v put_v away_o or_o set_v over_o his_o servant_n or_o servant_n so_o present_v to_o the_o say_a precedent_n or_o governor_n or_o shall_v bargain_n or_o set_v over_o any_o year_n or_o the_o contrary_a pay_v six_o shilling_n and_o eight_o penny_n thirteen_o further_n that_o the_o say_a precedent_n or_o governor_n take_v care_n that_o no_o carrman_n within_o the_o city_n of_o london_n and_o liberties_n thereof_o have_v more_o than_o one_o apprentice_n at_o one_o time_n and_o one_o journeyman_n and_o if_o it_o shall_v appear_v to_o the_o say_a precedent_n or_o governor_n that_o the_o say_a carrman_n have_v any_o more_o than_o one_o apprentice_n and_o journeyman_n than_o the_o say_a carrman_n to_o lose_v his_o admittance_n of_o work_v any_o carr_n or_o cart_n within_o london_n and_o the_o liberty_n thereof_o fourteen_o further_n the_o say_a precedent_n or_o governor_n be_v desire_v that_o when_o any_o servant_n or_o journeyman_n be_v present_v to_o they_o to_o be_v allow_v and_o approve_v to_o work_v a_o carr_n or_o cart_n in_o london_n and_o the_o liberty_n thereof_o than_o they_o to_o declare_v to_o the_o say_a servant_n or_o journeyman_n that_o the_o sole_a dispose_n of_o all_o car_n to_o work_n be_v in_o the_o mayor_n and_o commonalty_n and_o citizen_n of_o london_n and_o in_o such_o as_o claim_v by_o from_z or_o under_o they_o and_o that_o he_o can_v by_o the_o precedent_n or_o governor_n of_o the_o say_a hospital_n and_o by_o no_o other_o person_n or_o person_n whatsoever_o and_o all_o the_o fine_n arise_v by_o breach_n of_o the_o say_a ordinance_n be_v apply_v viz._n one_o moiety_n to_o the_o relief_n of_o the_o poor_a child_n harbour_v in_o the_o say_a christs-hospital_n and_o the_o other_o moiety_n to_o the_o use_v of_o the_o fellowship_n or_o brotherhood_n of_o car-man_n now_o follow_v the_o order_n for_o the_o fellowship_n first_o that_o all_o manner_n of_o person_n who_o now_o be_v or_o hereafter_o shall_v be_v due_o allow_v by_o the_o say_a precedent_n or_o governor_n of_o the_o say_a hospital_n to_o work_v any_o carr_n or_o cart_n within_o the_o city_n of_o london_n and_o liberty_n thereof_o shall_v be_v a_o fellowship_n and_o fraternity_n by_o the_o name_n of_o the_o car-man_n of_o the_o city_n of_o london_n to_o put_v in_o execution_n these_o order_n follow_v and_o no_o other_o viz._n second_o that_o there_o shall_v be_v three_o of_o the_o say_a fellowship_n in_o manner_n and_o form_n follow_v in_o these_o present_v hereunder_o mention_v choose_a and_o name_v which_o shall_v be_v and_o be_v call_v the_o warden_n of_o the_o say_a fellowship_n of_o car-man_n of_o london_n and_o that_o it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a to_o and_o for_o the_o say_a member_n of_o the_o say_a brotherhood_n or_o fellowship_n within_o some_o convenient_a time_n to_o choose_v and_o elect_v out_o of_o themselves_o â—hree_o able_a and_o sufficient_a person_n use_v the_o occupation_n of_o a_o carrman_n to_o be_v warden_n of_o the_o say_a brotherhood_n or_o fellowship_n the_o space_n of_o one_o whole_a year_n than_o next_o follow_v and_o from_o thence_o until_o a_o new_a election_n be_v make_v and_o that_o the_o same_o three_o person_n so_o choose_v to_o be_v warden_n shall_v within_o convenient_a time_n after_o their_o say_a election_n be_v present_v by_o a_o convenient_a
bargain_v for_o any_o other_o wage_n than_o before_o be_v limit_v and_o the_o owner_n of_o the_o good_n so_o carry_v shall_v pay_v the_o same_o rate_n far_o it_o be_v order_v that_o if_o any_o merchant_n or_o other_o person_n whatsoever_o shall_v cause_v any_o car-man_n to_o stay_v or_o attend_v at_o his_o house_n shop_n warehouse_n or_o cellar_n with_o his_o load_a car_n above_o half_a a_o hour_n before_o he_o unload_v such_o car-man_n be_v willing_a to_o help_v to_o unload_v the_o same_o such_o merchant_n or_o other_o shall_v pay_v such_o carman_n after_o the_o rate_n of_o twelve_o penny_n a_o hour_n after_o the_o say_v first_o half_a hour_n for_o his_o attendance_n and_o whereas_o the_o rule_n oversight_n and_o government_n of_o the_o car_n cart_n carter_n and_o carman_n and_o of_o all_o other_o person_n or_o person_n whatsoever_o work_v any_o car_n or_o cart_n within_o the_o city_n of_o london_n and_o liberties_n thereof_o by_o act_n of_o common-council_n of_o the_o one_o and_o twenty_o day_n of_o june_n 1665._o be_v in_o the_o precedent_n and_o governor_n of_o christs-hospital_n the_o say_a precedent_n and_o governor_n be_v desire_v by_o this_o court_n forthwith_o to_o cause_v every_o car_n or_o cart_n which_o shall_v be_v license_v to_o work_v within_o the_o say_a city_n and_o liberty_n thereof_o to_o be_v number_v with_o figure_n upon_o a_o piece_n of_o shall_v exact_v great_a rate_n or_o price_n than_o be_v afore_o express_v the_o merchant_n or_o any_o other_o citizen_n or_o citizen_n or_o other_o know_v what_o figure_n be_v upon_o the_o cart_n may_v the_o more_o ready_o find_v out_o who_o be_v the_o worker_n thereof_o further_o if_o any_o car-man_n or_o carter_n shall_v not_o conform_v to_o the_o rate_n aforesaid_a or_o shall_v refuse_v to_o carry_v good_n for_o such_o rate_n or_o exact_v great_a rate_n than_o herein_o be_v appoint_v or_o shall_v work_v without_o the_o aforesaid_a piece_n of_o brass_n fix_v upon_o his_o car_n or_o cart_n and_o the_o same_o be_v complain_v of_o to_o the_o say_a precedent_n and_o governor_n of_o the_o say_a hospital_n or_o any_o four_o of_o they_o upon_o testimony_n of_o or_o for_o the_o party_n grieve_v or_o any_o credible_a person_n on_o his_o behalf_n they_o be_v hereby_o desire_v to_o suspend_v such_o person_n from_o work_v any_o car_n or_o cart_n within_o the_o city_n of_o london_n and_o liberties_n thereof_o until_o he_o have_v make_v satisfaction_n to_o the_o party_n grieve_v and_o fix_v the_o say_a piece_n of_o brass_n upon_o his_o car_n or_o cart._n and_o the_o say_a precedent_n and_o governor_n and_o any_o four_o or_o more_o of_o they_o be_v desire_v by_o this_o court_n to_o meet_v every_o tuesday_n in_o christs-hospital_n at_o two_o of_o the_o clock_n in_o the_o afternoon_n to_o hear_v and_o determine_v all_o complaint_n that_o shall_v be_v make_v by_o any_o merchant_n or_o citizen_n against_o any_o car-man_n whatsoever_o and_o for_o prevention_n of_o future_a damage_n to_o the_o merchant_n and_o other_o and_o suppress_v of_o unruly_a and_o disorderly_a carman_n and_o for_o avoid_v of_o danger_n by_o unruly_a horse_n it_o be_v think_v fit_a and_o order_v by_o this_o court_n and_o the_o say_a precedent_n and_o governor_n or_o any_o four_o of_o they_o be_v hereby_o desire_v to_o nominate_v and_o appoint_v street-man_n such_o as_o they_o shall_v think_v fit_a to_o be_v overseer_n of_o the_o say_a carman_n to_o see_v and_o take_v care_n that_o merchant_n and_o other_o citizen_n good_n be_v well_o and_o faithful_o carry_v and_o deliver_v at_o the_o rate_n and_o prize_n aforesaid_a without_o any_o exaction_n hindrance_n or_o disturbance_n and_o that_o able_a person_n none_o under_o the_o age_n of_o eighteen_o year_n be_v employ_v to_o manage_v their_o horse_n or_o cart_n and_o whereas_o several_a difference_n and_o controversy_n do_v daily_o arise_v between_o car-man_n and_o car-man_n concern_v their_o work_n and_o labour_n to_o the_o great_a disturbance_n of_o the_o king_n liege_n people_n and_o to_o the_o manifest_a hindrance_n and_o obstruction_n of_o the_o present_a carriage_n of_o good_n and_o merchandize_n it_o be_v further_a order_v that_o the_o warden_n of_o the_o fellowship_n of_o carman_n for_o the_o time_n be_v or_o any_o two_o of_o they_o have_v notice_n of_o such_o difference_n or_o disturbance_n shall_v forthwith_o cause_v such_o car-man_n between_o who_o such_o difference_n and_o controversy_n shall_v arise_v to_o be_v bring_v before_o they_o who_o be_v hereby_o order_v and_o desire_v to_o hear_v mediate_v and_o determine_v the_o same_o and_o in_o case_n any_o car-man_n or_o carman_n shall_v at_o any_o time_n hereafter_o neglect_v or_o obstinate_o refuse_v to_o yield_v obedience_n to_o such_o order_n and_o determination_n as_o shall_v be_v by_o the_o say_a warden_n of_o the_o say_a fellowship_n of_o carman_n or_o any_o two_o of_o they_o make_v therein_o that_o then_o and_o in_o every_o such_o case_n it_o be_v hereby_o order_v that_o the_o say_a warden_n of_o the_o say_a fellowship_n of_o carman_n for_o the_o time_n be_v or_o any_o two_o of_o they_o by_o who_o such_o order_n or_o determination_n be_v make_v do_v cause_n such_o car-man_n or_o carman_n to_o be_v bring_v before_o the_o precedent_n of_o christs-hospital_n for_o the_o time_n be_v or_o any_o of_o his_o majesty_n justice_n of_o the_o peace_n within_o the_o say_a city_n of_o london_n who_o be_v hereby_o desire_v to_o inflict_v such_o punishment_n upon_o such_o disobedient_a and_o refractory_a person_n and_o person_n as_o shall_v be_v most_o agreeable_a to_o law_n and_o justice_n or_o otherwise_o to_o cause_v such_o person_n or_o person_n to_o find_v surety_n personal_o to_o appear_v at_o the_o next_o general_n note_v that_o all_o the_o person_n that_o live_v at_o st._n giles_n st._n katherine_n and_o other_o place_n forth_o of_o this_o city_n and_o keep_v cart_n be_v under_o no_o regulation_n and_o do_v not_o only_o take_v away_o the_o carmens_n labour_n that_o be_v freeman_n of_o london_n but_o come_v into_o london_n with_o two_o three_o and_o sometime_o more_o horse_n in_o their_o cart_n the_o trader_n in_o fuel_n within_o and_o without_o this_o city_n pester_v the_o street_n with_o their_o cart_n take_v away_o the_o labour_n of_o the_o carman_n go_v with_o as_o many_o horse_n as_o they_o please_v and_o be_v under_o no_o regulation_n whatsoever_o beside_o the_o stop_n which_o coach_n make_v in_o the_o street_n if_o cart_n be_v assign_v for_o the_o carriage_n of_o fuel_n out_o of_o the_o number_n of_o four_o hundred_o and_o twenty_o now_o allow_v by_o the_o governor_n of_o christs-hospital_n no_o citizen_n of_o london_n will_v have_v cause_n to_o complain_v of_o the_o stoppage_n of_o the_o street_n
