that_o give_v it_o have_v not_o make_v it_o first_o to_o appear_v to_o the_o committee_n appoint_v for_o this_o service_n or_o their_o sub-committee_n that_o they_o have_v not_o be_v cashier_v from_o their_o command_n for_o any_o misdemeanour_n and_o shall_v likewise_o have_v give_v in_o to_o the_o aforesaid_a commmittee_n or_o sub-committee_n their_o hand_n seales_n and_o quality_n with_o which_o addition_n they_o shall_v afterward_o certify_v and_o no_o other_o way_n four_o that_o in_o case_n any_o committee_n of_o both_o house_n of_o parliament_n or_o any_o general_n have_v heretofore_o grant_v any_o warrant_n by_o authority_n from_o the_o parliament_n for_o payment_n of_o any_o arrear_n due_a to_o any_o officer_n for_o his_o service_n and_o that_o the_o same_o or_o any_o part_n thereof_o do_v still_o remain_v unpaid_a then_o in_o every_o such_o case_n the_o committee_n appoint_v for_o this_o purpose_n shall_v make_v deduction_n upon_o evety_n warrant_n according_a to_o the_o
