earl_n of_o manchester_n do_v admit_v to_o his_o counsel_n for_o the_o purpose_n aforesaid_a the_o say_a commissioner_n reside_v in_o his_o army_n to_o advise_v with_o they_o and_o arm_v they_o with_o power_n to_o view_v and_o examine_v the_o muster_n of_o the_o say_a army_n and_o to_o take_v such_o course_n as_o shall_v be_v think_v most_o fit_a for_o the_o prevent_n of_o dead_a payment_n false_a muster_n free_a quarter_a without_o warrant_n plunder_v seize_v of_o horse_n or_o arm_n or_o for_o the_o avoid_n of_o any_o other_o misdemeanour_n which_o may_v turn_v to_o the_o prejudice_n of_o the_o common_a wealth_n and_o that_o the_o say_v commissioner_n shall_v once_o in_o a_o month_n certify_v the_o state_n of_o the_o army_n and_o give_v a_o account_n of_o their_o proceed_n unto_o the_o parliament_n or_o to_o the_o aforesaid_a committee_n for_o the_o associate_v county_n and_o likewise_o certify_v what_o further_a instruction_n shall_v be_v agree_v upon_o by_o the_o counsel_n of_o war_n touch_v the_o same_o and_o the_o aforesaid_a commissioner_n shall_v be_v nominate_v and_o appoint_v by_o the_o committee_n for_o the_o associate_v county_n sit_v at_o cambridge_n or_o the_o
