they_o lawful_o have_v or_o aught_o to_o have_v and_o enjoy_v before_o the_o make_n of_o this_o act_n other_o then_o for_o such_o of_o the_o offence_n specify_v in_o the_o several_a article_n herein_o contain_v as_o shall_v he_o hereafter_o do_v upon_o the_o main_a sea_n or_o in_o ship_n or_o vessel_n be_v and_o hover_v in_o the_o main_a stream_n of_o great_a river_n only_o beneath_o the_o bridge_n of_o the_o same_o river_n nigh_o to_o the_o sea_n within_o the_o admiralty_n jurisdiction_n and_o in_o none_o other_o place_n whatsoever_o and_o commit_v only_o by_o such_o as_o shall_v be_v in_o actual_a service_n and_o pay_v in_o the_o king_n fleet_n or_o ship_n of_o war._n present_v to_o the_o king_n stat._n 13_o car._n 2._o c._n 4._o enact_v that_o the_o king_n may_v issue_v out_o such_o and_o so_o many_o several_a commission_n under_o his_o great_a seal_n of_o england_n into_o the_o several_a county_n city_n town_n corporate_a and_o all_o other_o place_n in_o england_n and_o wales_n receive_v the_o money_n so_o subscribe_v and_o the_o acquittance_n of_o any_o one_o of_o which_o respective_a receiver_n be_v immediate_o to_o be_v make_v &_o give_v upon_o pay_n so_o make_v without_o any_o fee_n and_o shall_v be_v a_o discharge_n for_o the_o sum_n so_o subscribe_v and_o in_o case_n such_o subscription_n shall_v upon_o any_o occasion_n be_v return_v into_o the_o exchequer_n or_o other_o place_n the_o payment_n thereof_o shall_v be_v likewise_o return_v together_o with_o the_o same_o 2._o process_n shall_v issue_v out_o of_o the_o exchequer_n against_o any_o subscibers_n but_o within_o two_o year_n after_o the_o pass_v of_o this_o act._n 3._o the_o say_v commissioner_n of_o the_o respective_a county_n and_o place_n aforesaid_a be_v after_o the_o issue_v out_o &_o receipt_n of_o the_o say_a commission_n to_o meet_v at_o the_o common_a place_n of_o meeting_n for_o each_o county_n and_o place_n etc._n etc._n and_o so_o many_o of_o they_o as_o shall_v be_v present_a at_o the_o say_v first_o general_n meeting_n or_o the_o major_a part_n of_o they_o may_v sever_v themselves_o into_o hundred_o and_o other_o place_n etc._n etc._n within_o their_o limit_n as_o they_o shall_v think_v fit_a and_o shall_v from_o time_n to_o time_n give_v notice_n of_o the_o respective_a time_n and_o place_n of_o their_o meeting_n to_o the_o end_n that_o all_o person_n may_v resort_v to_o they_o to_o make_v such_o offer_n or_o present_a to_o his_o majesty_n as_o their_o own_o heart_n shall_v prompt_v they_o to_o 4._o provide_v no_o peer_n of_o this_o realm_n shall_v in_o such_o offer_n or_o present_v exceed_v the_o sum_n of_o 400_o li._n nor_o any_o person_n not_o be_v a_o peer_n of_o this_o realm_n exceed_v the_o sum_n of_o 200_o li._n 5._o that_o no_o commission_n to_o be_v issue_v out_o by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n shall_v be_v of_o source_n as_o to_o the_o receive_n of_o any_o money_n or_o subscription_n for_o money_n after_o the_o 24_o of_o june_n 1662._o 6._o it_o be_v declare_v that_o no_o commission_n or_o aid_n of_o this_o nature_n can_v be_v issue_v out_o or_o levy_v but_o by_o authority_n of_o parliament_n and_o that_o this_o act_n and_o the_o supply_v grant_v shall_v not_o be_v draw_v into_o example_n for_o the_o future_a pain_n penalty_n etc._n etc._n on_o except_a person_n stat._n 13_o car._n 2._o cap._n 15._o recite_v the_o sense_n of_o
