for_o every_o such_o offence_n set_v such_o fine_a on_o every_o of_o the_o same_o justice_n of_o peace_n and_o coroner_n as_o the_o same_o justice_n of_o gaol_n delivery_n shall_v think_v meet_a and_o shall_v estrete_n the_o same_o as_o other_o fyne_n and_o amerciament_n assess_v before_o justice_n of_o gaol_n delivery_n ought_v to_o be_v provide_v always_o and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o thauctoritie_n aforesaid_a that_o justice_n of_o peace_n and_o coroner_n within_o the_o city_n of_o london_n and_o the_o county_n of_o middelsex_n and_o in_o other_o city_n boroughe_n and_o town_n corporat_fw-la within_o this_o realm_n and_o wales_n shall_v within_o their_o several_a jurisdiction_n have_v authority_n to_o let_v to_o bail_n felon_n and_o prisoner_n in_o such_o manner_n and_o form_n as_o they_o have_v be_v heretofore_o accustom_v this_o act_n or_o any_o thing_n therein_o contain_v to_o the_o contrary_a notwithstanding_o and_o also_o shall_v take_v examination_n and_o bond_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a upon_o every_o baylement_n by_o they_o or_o any_o of_o they_o to_o be_v make_v and_o shall_v certify_v every_o such_o baylemente_n bond_n and_o examination_n by_o they_o or_o any_o of_o they_o take_v or_o make_v at_o the_o next_o gaol_n delivery_n to_o be_v hold_v within_o the_o shire_n city_n borough_n or_o town_n where_o their_o several_a jurisdiction_n extend_v
