imprisonment_n of_o forty_o day_n for_o the_o falsity_n and_o further_o till_o he_o have_v find_v surety_n to_o return_v or_o serve_v to_o labour_v as_o be_v aforesaid_a and_o that_o none_o receive_v servant_n or_o labourer_n go_v out_o of_o their_o hundred_o rape_n or_o wapentake_n city_n or_o borrough_n without_o letter_n testimonial_a nor_o with_o letter_n testimonial_a above_o one_o night_n except_o it_o be_v for_o cause_n of_o sickness_n or_o other_o cause_n reasonable_a or_o which_o will_n and_o may_v serve_v and_o labour_v thereby_o the_o fame_n testimonial_a upon_o a_o pain_n to_o be_v limit_v by_o the_o justice_n of_o peace_n &_o that_o aswell_o artificer_n and_o people_n of_o mystery_n as_o servant_n and_o apprentice_n which_o be_v of_o no_o great_a avoyer_n and_o of_o which_o craft_n or_o mystery_n a_o man_n have_v no_o great_a need_n in_o harvest_n time_n shall_v be_v compel_v to_o serve_v in_o harvest_n to_o cut_v gather_v and_o bring_v in_o corn_n and_o that_o these_o statute_n be_v due_o execute_v by_o mayor_n bailiff_n steward_n and_o constable_n of_o town_n upon_o pain_n limit_v and_o judge_v by_o the_o say_a justice_n of_o peace_n in_o their_o session_n or_o make_v and_o if_o within_o any_o city_n or_o town_n corporate_a which_o be_v a_o county_n of_o itself_o then_o by_o the_o inhabitant_n of_o every_o such_o city_n or_o town_n corporate_a wherein_o such_o bridge_n causeys_n &_o togher_n or_o any_o of_o they_o happen_v to_o be_v in_o decay_n or_o thought_n fit_a to_o be_v new_o erect_v &_o make_v and_o if_o within_o a_o town_n corporate_a which_o be_v no_o county_n then_o by_o the_o county_n or_o barony_n wherein_o such_o bridge_n causeys_n or_o togher_n shall_v happen_v to_o be_v or_o think_v fit_a to_o be_v new_o erect_v and_o if_o part_n of_o any_o such_o bridge_n causeys_n and_o togher_n or_o any_o of_o they_o happen_v to_o be_v in_o one_o county_n and_o the_o other_o part_n thereof_o in_o another_o county_n that_o then_o in_o every_o such_o case_n the_o inhabitant_n of_o both_o the_o say_a county_n shall_v be_v charge_v and_o chargeable_a to_o amend_v make_v and_o repair_v such_o part_n and_o portion_n of_o such_o bridge_n causeys_n &_o togher_n or_o any_o of_o they_o as_o shall_v lie_v and_o be_v within_o the_o limit_n of_o the_o shire_n wherein_o they_o be_v inhabit_v and_o dwell_v 8._o and_o it_o be_v further_o enact_v that_o in_o every_o such_o case_n the_o say_a justice_n of_o assize_n in_o their_o circuit_n and_o the_o say_a justice_n of_o the_o peace_n in_o the_o quarter_n session_n respective_o with_o the_o assent_n of_o the_o grand_a jury_n shall_v have_v power_n and_o authority_n to_o tax_v and_o set_v every_o inhabitant_n in_o any_o such_o county_n barony_n city_n burrough_n town_n or_o parish_n and_o authority_n shall_v also_o have_v power_n and_o authority_n to_o name_n and_o appoint_v two_o surveyor_n which_o shall_v see_v every_o such_o bridge_n causey_n and_o togh_o build_v repair_v and_o amend_v from_o time_n to_o time_n as_o often_o as_o need_v shall_v require_v to_o who_o hand_n the_o say_v collector_n shall_v pay_v the_o say_a sum_n of_o money_n tax_v and_o by_o they_o receive_v and_o that_o the_o collector_n and_o surveyor_n and_o every_o of_o they_o and_o their_o executor_n and_o administrator_n and_o the_o executor_n and_o administrator_n of_o they_o and_o every_o of_o they_o from_o time_n to_o time_n shall_v at_o the_o public_a session_n of_o the_o peace_n make_v a_o true_a declaration_n and_o account_n to_o the_o justice_n of_o peace_n of_o the_o shire_n city_n or_o town_n corporate_a wherein_o they_o shall_v be_v appoint_v collector_n or_o surveyor_n of_o the_o receipt_n payment_n and_o expense_n of_o the_o say_a sum_n of_o money_n and_o if_o they_o or_o any_o of_o they_o refuse_v that_o to_o do_v that_o then_o the_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n from_o time_n to_o time_n by_o their_o discretion_n shall_v have_v power_n and_o authority_n to_o make_v process_n against_o the_o say_a collector_n and_o surveyor_n and_o every_o of_o they_o their_o executor_n and_o administrator_n and_o the_o executor_n and_o administrator_n of_o every_o of_o they_o by_o attachment_n under_o their_o seal_n returneable_a at_o the_o general_a session_n of_o the_o peace_n and_o if_o they_o appear_v then_o to_o compel_v they_o to_o account_v as_o be_v aforesaid_a or_o else_o if_o they_o or_o any_o of_o they_o refuse_v that_o to_o do_v then_o to_o commit_v such_o of_o they_o as_o shall_v refuse_v towards_o there_o to_o remain_v without_o bail_n or_o mainprize_n till_o the_o say_a declaration_n and_o account_n be_v true_o make_v 9_o and_o last_o it_o be_v enact_v by_o the_o say_a statute_n that_o the_o justice_n of_o assize_n and_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n respective_o shall_v have_v full_a power_n and_o authority_n to_o allow_v such_o reasonable_a cost_n and_o charge_n to_o the_o say_a surveyor_n and_o collector_n as_o by_o their_o
