say_a committee_n to_o make_v re-payment_n of_o such_o money_n and_o the_o value_n of_o such_o plate_n horse_n and_o arm_n as_o shall_v be_v lend_v for_o the_o purpose_n aforesaid_a and_o for_o the_o raise_n maintenance_n and_o supply_n of_o the_o say_a force_n from_o time_n to_o time_n as_o need_v shall_v require_v be_v it_o further_o ordain_v by_o the_o lord_n and_o commons_o that_o the_o say_a committee_n or_o any_o three_o or_o more_o of_o they_o shall_v have_v power_n and_o authority_n to_o put_v in_o execution_n within_o the_o say_a county_n the_o several_a ordinance_n of_o this_o present_a parliament_n hereafter_o mention_v that_o be_v to_o say_v the_o ordinance_n for_o sequestration_n of_o malignant_n delinquent_n and_o papist_n estate_n the_o ordinance_n for_o raise_v of_o money_n by_o tax_v such_o as_o have_v not_o at_o all_o contribute_v or_o not_o according_a to_o their_o estate_n the_o ordinance_n for_o the_o weekly_a assessment_n and_o all_o other_o ordinance_n make_v this_o present_a parliament_n for_o advance_v of_o money_n through_o the_o whole_a kingdom_n of_o england_n and_o dominion_n of_o wales_n for_o the_o service_n of_o the_o king_n and_o parliament_n so_o far_o forth_o as_o they_o or_o any_o of_o they_o have_v not_o be_v already_o full_o execute_v within_o the_o place_n aforesaid_a except_o the_o ordinance_n for_o levy_v of_o money_n by_o way_n of_o excise_n or_o new_a impost_n the_o proceed_v of_o all_o which_o raise_v and_o to_o be_v raise_v within_o the_o say_a county_n shall_v be_v pay_v unto_o the_o say_a committee_n or_o any_o three_o or_o more_o of_o they_o to_o be_v issue_v out_o for_o the_o use_n and_o purpose_n aforesaid_a which_o shall_v be_v a_o sufficient_a discharge_n to_o the_o commissioner_n of_o excise_n in_o that_o behalf_n and_o the_o commissioner_n of_o excise_n be_v authorize_v and_o hereby_o require_v from_o time_n to_o time_n to_o issue_v their_o warrant_n to_o their_o inferior_a officer_n within_o the_o say_a county_n for_o payment_n of_o the_o say_a money_n according_o and_o that_o the_o say_a committee_n or_o any_o three_o or_o more_o of_o they_o take_v care_n of_o the_o full_a and_o due_a execution_n of_o the_o say_a ordinance_n according_a to_o the_o tenure_n and_o true_a meaning_n of_o the_o same_o respective_o and_o for_o the_o more_o speedy_a raise_n of_o money_n for_o the_o repayment_n of_o such_o sum_n and_o the_o value_n of_o such_o plate_n horse_n or_o arm_n as_o shall_v be_v bring_v in_o by_o subscription_n as_o aforesaid_a be_v it_o ordain_v by_o the_o lord_n and_o commons_o that_o the_o say_v committee_n or_o any_o three_o or_o more_o of_o they_o shall_v have_v hereby_o full_a power_n and_o authority_n to_o set_v and_o let_v the_o land_n tenement_n and_o hereditament_n of_o all_o malignant_n delinquent_n and_o papist_n which_o shall_v be_v seize_v and_o sequester_v according_a to_o the_o ordinance_n of_o parliament_n for_o sequestration_n within_o the_o say_a county_n and_o city_n from_o year_n to_o year_n or_o by_o lease_n or_o lease_n for_o the_o intent_n or_o purpose_n aforesaid_a so_o long_o as_o the_o say_a sequestration_n shall_v continue_v and_o in_o case_n the_o say_a subscriber_n and_o lender_n shall_v not_o receive_v full_a satisfaction_n of_o their_o principal_a money_n and_o interest_n to_o be_v lend_v and_o subscribe_v as_o aforesaid_a out_o of_o the_o estate_n of_o malignant_n delinquent_n and_o papist_n and_o other_o provision_n as_o aforesaid_a that_o then_o the_o say_a subscriber_n and_o lender_n and_o every_o of_o they_o be_v by_o virtue_n of_o this_o ordinance_n to_o have_v the_o public_a faith_n of_o the_o kingdom_n for_o the_o repayment_n of_o such_o sum_n and_o sum_n of_o money_n as_o shall_v be_v due_a unto_o they_o and_o be_v it_o further_o ordain_v that_o the_o say_v committee_n or_o any_o three_o or_o more_o of_o they_o shall_v have_v full_a power_n and_o authority_n to_o name_n and_o appoint_v such_o treasurer_n collector_n and_o other_o officer_n within_o the_o say_a county_n &_o city_n as_o they_o shall_v think_v fit_a and_o convenient_a for_o the_o better_a put_v in_o execution_n of_o all_o and_o every_o the_o aforesaid_a ordinance_n of_o parliament_n and_o of_o this_o present_a ordinance_n aswell_o for_o the_o receive_n of_o all_o or_o any_o the_o say_a money_n as_o also_o for_o the_o issue_v out_o of_o the_o same_o for_o the_o purpose_n aforesaid_a by_o warrant_n under_o the_o
