from_o the_o begin_n of_o the_o late_a war_n unto_o this_o day_n to_o be_v commissioner_n for_o sequestration_n within_o the_o say_v several_a and_o respectioned_a as_o they_o shall_v see_v fit_a as_o also_o such_o other_o officer_n and_o agent_n as_o shall_v be_v necessary_a for_o the_o carry_v on_o of_o this_o service_n and_o to_o remove_v any_o of_o they_o as_o they_o shall_v see_v cause_n which_o say_v person_n so_o nominate_v substitute_v and_o appoint_v to_o be_v commissioner_n for_o sequestration_n as_o aforesaid_a or_o so_o many_o of_o they_o as_o the_o commissiover_n for_o compound_v shall_v appoint_v shall_v according_a to_o such_o instruction_n and_o order_n in_o pursuance_n of_o any_o act_n or_o ordinance_n of_o parliament_n as_o they_o shall_v from_o time_n to_o time_n receive_v from_o the_o say_a commissioner_n for_o compound_v in_o pursuance_n of_o the_o say_a act_n and_o ordinance_n sequester_n into_o the_o hand_n of_o the_o commonwealth_n the_o estate_n of_o all_o papist_n in_o arm_n and_o other_o delinquent_n and_o two_o part_n in_o three_o part_n to_o be_v divide_v of_o the_o estate_n of_o all_o other_o papist_n as_o be_v already_o adjudge_v to_o be_v delinquent_n or_o papist_n respective_o or_o shall_v by_o the_o say_a commissioner_n for_o compound_v be_v adjudge_v to_o be_v such_o and_o enter_v into_o and_o survey_v the_o same_o estate_n and_o consider_v how_o the_o same_o estate_n may_v be_v improve_v to_o the_o best_a advantage_n of_o the_o commonwealth_n and_o what_o profit_n may_v convenient_o be_v raise_v by_o woodsales_n or_o otherwise_o out_o of_o the_o say_v sequester_v estate_n and_o shall_v certify_v the_o same_o to_o the_o say_a commissioner_n for_o compound_v by_o and_o according_a to_o who_o order_n and_o direction_n ground_v upon_o such_o survey_n and_o certificate_n as_o aforesaid_a the_o say_a commissioner_n for_o sequestration_n or_o so_o many_o of_o they_o as_o the_o commissioner_n for_o compound_v shall_v appoint_v as_o aforesaid_a shall_v or_o may_v contract_v for_o the_o same_o sequester_a estate_n of_o delinquent_n and_o papist_n in_o arm_n or_o any_o part_n thereof_o to_o be_v
