shall_v continue_v so_o withdraw_v for_o the_o space_n of_o twelve_o hour_n or_o above_o their_o parent_n or_o master_n shall_v declare_v the_o say_a departure_n of_o their_o say_a son_n or_o man-servant_n to_o the_o committee_n of_o the_o militia_n of_o the_o place_n where_o they_o do_v inhabit_v and_o give_v in_o to_o they_o in_o write_v their_o name_n and_o age_n under_o penalty_n of_o commonwealth_n in_o their_o several_a and_o respective_a jurisdiction_n be_v hereby_o authorize_v and_o require_v to_o take_v care_n to_o see_v this_o act_n put_v in_o execution_n according_o and_o be_v hereby_o impower_v to_o examine_v and_o make_v search_n concerning_o all_o and_o every_o the_o premise_n and_o if_o any_o person_n shall_v appear_v to_o they_o by_o proof_n upon_o oath_n which_o oath_n the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o any_o three_o of_o they_o have_v hereby_o power_n to_o administer_v or_o confession_n of_o the_o party_n to_o be_v a_o offender_n against_o this_o act_n they_o be_v to_o levy_v all_o and_o every_o the_o penalty_n herein_o contain_v against_o the_o say_a offender_n according_a to_o this_o present_a act_n and_o be_v further_o authorize_v to_o recompense_n
