shall_v be_v employ_v and_o if_o it_o shall_v after_o happen_v that_o any_o of_o the_o say_a good_n or_o estate_n be_v imbezil_v or_o want_v or_o be_v deny_v or_o refuse_v or_o not_o deliver_v to_o the_o say_v respective_a committee_n or_o to_o their_o collector_n require_v the_o same_o by_o order_n of_o the_o say_a committee_n or_o any_o two_o or_o more_o of_o they_o respective_o that_o then_o the_o say_a committee_n or_o such_o as_o they_o shall_v authorise_v thereunto_o shall_v have_v power_n to_o seize_v carry_v away_o and_o sell_v so_o much_o of_o such_o undertaker_n good_n or_o personal_a estate_n and_o profit_n of_o his_o land_n and_o tenement_n as_o may_v full_o satisfy_v for_o the_o good_n or_o estate_n so_o want_v imbezil_v or_o not_o deliver_v and_o also_o so_o much_o double_a charge_n for_o the_o seizure_n carriage_n and_o sale_n of_o the_o say_a undertaker_n good_n or_o estate_n so_o to_o be_v seize_v and_o sell_v as_o the_o say_a committee_n or_o any_o two_o or_o more_o of_o they_o shall_v allow_v and_o for_o the_o better_a enable_v of_o the_o say_v several_a committee_n and_o their_o agent_n to_o make_v sale_n of_o all_o such_o good_n and_o estate_n as_o be_v and_o shall_v be_v by_o they_o seize_v and_o be_v appoint_v to_o be_v sell_v by_o this_o or_o the_o say_v former_a ordinance_n it_o be_v further_a declare_v and_o ordain_v that_o after_o the_o apportion_v and_o set_v out_o of_o some_o necessary_a maintenance_n if_o it_o be_v desire_v for_o the_o wife_n and_o child_n of_o such_o delinquent_n who_o good_n and_o estate_n be_v and_o shall_v
