proceed_v in_o the_o debate_n of_o the_o report_n make_v from_o the_o committee_n of_o the_o army_n touch_v delinquent_n resolve_v upon_o the_o question_n by_o the_o parliament_n that_o all_o such_o delinquent_n who_o composition_n have_v be_v set_v have_v not_o pay_v in_o all_o or_o any_o part_n thereof_o at_o the_o time_n limit_v and_o for_o nonpayment_n have_v incur_v the_o penalty_n former_o impose_v and_o shall_v pay_v in_o their_o whole_a fine_n or_o such_o part_n thereof_o as_o yet_o remain_v unpaid_a with_o interest_n for_o the_o same_o since_o the_o time_n the_o same_o shall_v have_v be_v pay_v viz._n all_o such_o who_o habitation_n be_v within_o fourscore_o mile_n of_o london_n before_o the_o ten_o day_n of_o november_n next_o ensue_v and_o all_o other_o at_o a_o great_a distance_n before_o the_o four_o and_o twenty_o day_n of_o november_n aforesaid_a shall_v be_v discharge_v from_o the_o say_a penalty_n and_o the_o commissioner_n for_o compound_v with_o delinquent_n be_v order_v to_o return_v to_o the_o parliament_n or_o such_o as_o they_o shall_v appoint_v to_o receive_v the_o same_o the_o name_n of_o all_o such_o delinquent_n as_o shall_v not_o within_o the_o respective_a day_n herein_o before_o limit_v pay_v in_o the_o whole_a fine_a impose_v on_o they_o with_o interest_n as_o aforesaid_a in_o order_n to_o the_o speedy_a sale_n of_o their_o estate_n resolve_v that_o for_o the_o enable_v such_o delinquent_n to_o perfect_v their_o composition_n as_o be_v willing_a to_o compound_v the_o say_a commissioner_n be_v impower_v if_o it_o shall_v appear_v to_o the_o say_a commissioner_n that_o a_o delinquent_n be_v not_o able_a to_o raise_v his_o fine_a without_o sale_n of_o some_o part_n of_o his_o estate_n to_o give_v a_o full_a discharge_n to_o such_o reasonable_a proportion_n of_o the_o estate_n as_o they_o shall_v think_v fit_a to_o give_v way_n to_o the_o sale_n of_o towards_o the_o raise_n of_o such_o fine_a as_o be_v or_o shall_v be_v impose_v so_o as_o the_o residue_n of_o his_o estate_n shall_v be_v liable_a to_o make_v good_a any_o forfeiture_n which_o the_o delinquent_n shall_v incur_v by_o undervalue_v any_o part_n of_o the_o estate_n compound_v for_o provide_v licence_n be_v obtain_v from_o the_o say_a commissioner_n and_o the_o fine_n pay_v within_o the_o time_n limit_v by_o mean_n of_o such_o sale_n resolve_v that_o all_o such_o delinquent_n who_o upon_o the_o set_n of_o their_o fine_n have_v have_v save_v to_o certain_a part_n of_o their_o estate_n under_o several_a pretence_n that_o the_o say_a estate_n be_v litigious_a shall_v have_v liberty_n to_o compound_v for_o such_o part_n of_o their_o estate_n so_o save_v and_o reserve_v at_o the_o same_o rate_n and_o value_n that_o they_o compound_v for_o the_o other_o part_n of_o their_o estate_n if_o they_o shall_v perfect_v the_o same_o within_o the_o time_n limit_v viz._n all_o such_o delinquent_n as_o be_v inhabit_v within_o eighty_o mile_n of_o london_n before_o the_o ten_o day_n of_o november_n next_o ensue_v and_o all_o other_o further_o distant_a before_o the_o four_o and_o twenty_o of_o november_n aforesaid_a and_o in_o default_n thereof_o the_o estate_n of_o any_o person_n or_o person_n so_o save_v or_o reserve_v shall_v be_v liable_a to_o be_v sell_v as_o the_o land_n of_o other_o delinquent_n uncompounded_a for_o unless_o the_o commissioner_n for_o composition_n etc._n etc._n shall_v upon_o good_a cause_n show_v give_v further_a time_n for_o such_o save_a or_o reservation_n to_o continue_v resolve_v that_o all_o such_o delinquent_n who_o composition_n have_v be_v set_v as_o shall_v within_o the_o respective_a time_n before_o mention_v discover_v to_o the_o say_a commissioner_n any_o part_n of_o their_o estate_n which_o at_o the_o time_n of_o their_o composition_n be_v undervalue_v or_o conceal_v and_o aught_o to_o havebeen_v compound_v for_o shall_v in_o such_o case_n where_o no_o information_n be_v depend_v or_o judgement_n give_v be_v admit_v to_o compound_v for_o such_o part_n of_o he_o or_o their_o estate_n so_o undervalue_v or_o conceal_v as_o aforesaid_a according_a to_o the_o rate_n and_o proportion_n at_o which_o they_o do_v former_o compound_v so_o as_o they_o pay_v in_o their_o whole_a money_n before_o the_o four_o and_o twenty_o day_n of_o november_n next_o ensue_v and_o that_o all_o such_o delinquent_n against_o who_o any_o information_n be_v depend_v or_o judgement_n give_v or_o who_o shall_v be_v discover_v by_o information_n of_o any_o other_o person_n than_o themselves_o within_o the_o time_n before_o limit_v shall_v be_v admit_v to_o compound_v at_o the_o rate_n and_o proportion_n follow_v viz._n every_o person_n who_o have_v former_o compound_v at_o a_o ten_o part_n of_o their_o estate_n shal●_z compound_n at_o a_o full_a six_o part_n of_o what_o be_v so_o undervalue_v or_o omit_v every_o person_n who_o have_v compound_v former_o at_o a_o six_o
