deputy_n and_o common-council_n of_o every_o ward_n by_o the_o name_n of_o examiner_n to_o continue_v in_o that_o office_n the_o space_n of_o two_o month_n at_o least_o and_o if_o any_o person_n so_o appoint_v shall_v refu●e_v to_o undertake_v the_o same_o the_o say_a party_n so_o refuse_v to_o be_v commit_v to_o prison_n until_o they_o shall_v conform_v themselves_o according_o that_o these_o
