very_o observable_a know_v what_o objection_n may_v be_v make_v concern_v the_o succession_n of_o the_o kingly_a consular_a dictatorian_n tribunitial_a and_o decemviral_n power_n the_o so_o well_o know_v several_a government_n of_o the_o roman_a state_n it_o give_v they_o in_o a_o heap_n of_o five_o together_o signify_v it_o intend_v no_o more_o than_o to_o mark_v by_o they_o the_o beast_n head_n before_o the_o prophecy_n as_o past_a or_o fall_v and_o only_a remark_n the_o succession_n of_o the_o one_o that_o then_o be_v and_o that_o it_o be_v not_o while_o the_o five_o be_v and_o six_o but_o the_o eight_o be_v of_o the_o seven_o viz._n of_o the_o seven_o king_n who_o be_v also_o the_o seven_o head_n there_o must_v be_v therefore_o a_o succession_n between_o the_o seven_o short-lived_a and_o the_o eight_o because_o the_o seven_o and_o eight_o imply_v so_o much_o the_o seven_o be_v to_o continue_v a_o short_a space_n the_o eight_o therefore_o necessary_o be_v suppose_v not_o to_o be_v so_o curtail_v in_o time_n both_o king_n and_o so_o not_o together_o and_o the_o other_o seven_o no_o head_n for_o the_o eight_o be_v of_o the_o seven_o king_n that_o be_v head_n from_o all_o which_o it_o be_v most_o impossible_a but_o that_o a_o succession_n must_v appear_v most_o manifest_o there_o be_v no_o appearance_n of_o the_o least_o of_o a_o hiatus_fw-la or_o gap_n propos_fw-fr 2_o there_o be_v no_o interreign_a no_o vacuum_n or_o empty_a space_n in_o the_o succession_n betwixt_o the_o six_o king_n then_o in_o be_v the_o seven_o and_o the_o eight_o in_o which_o head_n and_o he_o have_v not_o be_v name_v there_o must_v have_v be_v a_o leap_n of_o time_n from_o the_o six_o to_o the_o seven_o head_n and_o no_o account_n of_o the_o seven_o king_n make_v the_o seven_o head_n the_o eight_o king_n to_o have_v swell_v up_o that_o space_n of_o the_o seven_o king_n time_n into_o appearance_n and_o notice_n from_o whence_o it_o be_v evident_a that_o the_o seven_o king_n no_o head_n of_o the_o beast_n that_o carry_v the_o woman_n and_o yet_o a_o king_n of_o the_o city_n be_v cast_v in_o to_o keep_v the_o course_n and_o current_n of_o the_o prophetic_a time_n straight_o and_o tight_a for_o if_o the_o very_a exact_a pourtraicture_n of_o the_o beast_n have_v be_v only_o design_v it_o have_v be_v more_o just_a and_o even_o without_o any_o mention_n of_o the_o seven_o king_n that_o pertain_v not_o to_o the_o beast_n nor_o to_o the_o woman_n as_o carry_v by_o the_o beast_n but_o it_o be_v absolute_o necessary_a that_o king_n also_o shall_v be_v mention_v that_o the_o time_n of_o the_o prophecy_n with_o relation_n to_o the_o beast_n and_o the_o city_n may_v be_v under_o just_a computation_n which_o it_o can_v not_o have_v be_v except_o the_o seven_o king_n be_v king_n of_o the_o city_n as_o before_o say_v and_o come_v between_o the_o six_o king_n and_o head_n and_o the_o eight_o king_n but_o seven_o head_n have_v be_v place_v in_o his_o regular_a succession_n however_o it_o seem_v to_o interrupt_v the_o state_n of_o the_o beast_n who_o for_o that_o time_n as_o we_o shall_v see_v lay_v wound_v and_o so_o be_v to_o suffer_v that_o disorder_n these_o king_n who_o be_v no_o head_n else_o there_o must_v be_v eight_o head_n which_o contradict_v the_o prophecy_n which_o place_n then_o the_o king_n no_o head_n hold_v must_v be_v inquire_v it_o can_v be_v any_o of_o the_o five_o fallen_n for_o they_o be_v in_o construction_n of_o speech_n necessary_o head_n for_o those_o seven_o head_n be_v seven_o king_n five_o of_o which_o king_n who_o be_v head_n be_v fall_v so_o the_o very_a frame_n of_o the_o word_n require_v but_o beside_o the_o five_o be_v put_v together_o and_o so_o must_v be_v of_o a_o kind_a and_o therefore_o all_o alike_o and_o make_v the_o seven_o viz._n head._n for_o so_o he_o must_v be_v when_o of_o the_o seven_o seven_o take_v they_o either_o as_o king_n or_o head_n both_o which_o as_o together_o and_o in_o one_o be_v seven_o and_o no_o other_o be_v seven_n but_o they_o who_o be_v both_o king_n and_o head_n for_o the_o seven_o head_n be_v seven_o king_n and_o it_o be_v plain_a he_o be_v last_o of_o the_o seven_o and_o so_o must_v be_v the_o seven_o viz._n head_n and_o king._n the_o dispute_n than_o can_v only_o lie_v betwixt_o the_o seven_o and_o the_o six_o king_n which_o of_o those_o two_o shall_v be_v the_o king_n who_o yet_o be_v no_o head._n now_o the_o very_a contexture_n of_o the_o word_n necessary_o determine_v we_o upon_o the_o six_o as_o head_n as_o well_o as_o king_n or_o at_o least_o yet_o come_v another_z what_o but_o king_n yet_o not_o head_n for_o he_o be_v another_o for_o when_o such_o a_o point_n of_o difference_n be_v to_o be_v decide_v there_o be_v great_a reason_n to_o give_v the_o word_n another_o a_o great_a weight_n of_o sense_n then_o only_o a_o casual_a word_n of_o order_n but_o it_o seem_v the_o spirit_n of_o prophecy_n choose_v that_o word_n one_a that_o the_o word_n another_o might_n fall_v emphatical_o and_o yet_o conceal_o as_o possible_a to_o be_v casual_o where_o he_o will_v have_v it_o just_a fall._n further_o when_o he_o come_v he_o must_v continue_v but_o a_o short_a space_n which_o be_v say_v only_o of_o the_o seven_o king_n and_o no_o head_n for_o the_o five_o be_v put_v together_o the_o sixth_z be_v the_o eight_o go_v indeed_o into_o perdition_n but_o after_o how_o long_a time_n be_v here_o but_o intimate_v only_o the_o seven_o be_v of_o short_a space_n who_o be_v no_o head_n of_o the_o beast_n that_o carry_v the_o city_n aught_o to_o be_v of_o short_a space_n only_o for_o neither_o the_o beast_n nor_o such_o a_o city_n can_v have_v survive_v long_o if_o the_o king_n no_o head_n have_v be_v of_o long_a duration_n but_o monarchy_n state_n or_o kingdom_n five_o of_o which_o the_o prophecy_n as_o before_o name_v bind_v up_o together_o as_o uninteress_v in_o their_o duration_n or_o succession_n the_o last_o of_o these_o head_n which_o be_v the_o seven_o and_o eight_o king_n be_v eminent_o style_v the_o beast_n because_o his_o supremacy_n be_v chief_o treat_v of_o by_o this_o prophecy_n and_o in_o which_o the_o whole_a city_n and_o all_o go_v into_o perdition_n with_o him._n now_o to_o demonstrate_v that_o these_o head_n and_o king_n must_v be_v form_n of_o government_n let_v we_o consider_v one_o and_o
