at_o the_o first_o and_o that_o first_o in_o general_n good_a judge_n do_v high_o promote_v the_o interest_n of_o a_o nation_n 1._o from_o the_o justice_n of_o divine_a providence_n when_o justice_n be_v act_v and_o judge_n act_v just_o when_o neither_o bribery_n nor_o injustice_n oppression_n nor_o pervert_v of_o judgement_n be_v in_o a_o nation_n god_n have_v promise_v yea_o grant_v security_n to_o such_o a_o people_n and_o this_o i_o may_v make_v evident_a in_o that_o all_o god_n promise_n be_v conditional_a and_o that_o as_o to_o national_a concern_v and_o public_a blessing_n we_o can_v have_v no_o assurance_n of_o the_o enjoyment_n of_o prosperity_n but_o by_o the_o live_n up_o to_o the_o rule_n of_o our_o profession_n and_o that_o it_o be_v righteousness_n that_o exalt_v a_o nation_n that_o justice_n and_o righteous_a judgement_n be_v command_v and_o commend_v in_o scripture_n i_o hope_v none_o will_v deny_v and_o in_o this_o sense_n our_o case_n be_v like_a that_o of_o
