london_n so_o often_o and_o at_o such_o time_n as_o any_o 10._o or_o more_o of_o the_o common-council-man_n do_v by_o write_v under_o their_o hand_n request_n or_o desire_v he_o thereunto_o shall_v summon_v assemble_v and_o hold_v a_o common-council_n and_o if_o at_o any_o time_n be_v so_o require_v or_o desire_v he_o shall_v fail_v therein_o than_o the_o ten_o person_n or_o more_o make_v such_o request_n or_o desire_n shall_v have_v power_n and_o be_v hereby_o authorize_v by_o write_v under_o their_o hand_n to_o summon_v or_o cause_n to_o be_v summon_v to_o the_o say_a council_n the_o lord_n major_a nor_o alderman_n joint_n or_o separate_a shall_v have_v any_o negative_a or_o distinct_a voice_n or_o vote_n otherwise_o then_o with_o and_o among_o and_o as_o part_v of_o the_o rest_n of_o the_o member_n of_o the_o say_a council_n and_o in_o the_o same_o manner_n as_o the_o other_o member_n have_v and_o that_o the_o absence_n and_o withdraw_n of_o the_o lord_n major_n or_o alderman_n from_o the_o say_a council_n shall_v not_o stop_v or_o prejudice_v the_o proceed_n of_o the_o say_a council_n and_o that_o every_o common-council_n which_o shall_v be_v hold_v in_o the_o city_n of_o london_n shall_v sit_v und_fw-ge continue_v so_o long_o as_o the_o major_a part_n of_o the_o council_n shall_v think_v sit_v and_o shall_v not_o be_v dissolve_v or_o adjourn_v but_o by_o and_o according_a to_o the_o order_n or_o consent_v of_o the_o major_a part_n of_o the_o same_o council_n and_o that_o all_o the_o vote_n and_o act_n of_o the_o say_a common-council_n which_o be_v hold_v 13_o january_a last_o after_o the_o departure_n of_o the_o lord_n mayor_n from_o the_o same_o council_n and_o also_o all_o vote_n and_o act_n of_o every_o common_a council_n hereafter_o to_o be_v hold_v shall_v be_v from_o time_n to_o time_n due_o register_v as_o the_o vote_n and_o act_n of_o the_o say_a council_n have_v use_v to_o be_v do_v in_o time_n past_a and_o be_v it_o further_o e●cted_v and_o ordain_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o every_o officer_n which_o shall_v sit_v in_o the_o say_a council_n shall_v be_v from_o time_n to_o time_n choose_v by_o the_o say_a council_n and_o shall_v have_v such_o reasonable_a allowance_n or_o salary_n for_o his_o pain_n and_o service_n therein_o as_o the_o council_n shall_v think_v fit_a and_o that_o every_o such_o
