complaint_n of_o any_o two_o of_o the_o overseer_n or_o of_o any_o waterman_n master_n have_v power_n not_o only_o to_o hear_v and_o determine_v any_o offence_n commit_v against_o this_o act_n and_o to_o enlarge_v any_o waterman_n unjust_o imprison_v by_o the_o say_a overseer_n but_o likewise_o to_o inflict_v punishment_n upon_o the_o overseer_n themselves_o in_o case_n they_o shall_v unjust_o punish_v any_o person_n by_o colour_n of_o this_o act._n vi_o a_o wherry_n that_o be_v not_o twenty_o two_o foot_n and_o a_o half_a long_o and_o four_o foot_n and_o a_o half_a broad_a in_o the_o midship_n and_o sufficient_a to_o carry_v two_o person_n on_o one_o side_n tight_a shall_v be_v forfeit_a in_o which_o case_n the_o king_n and_o queen_n shall_v have_v the_o one_o moiety_n and_o the_o informer_n the_o other_o vii_o the_o waterman_n that_o withdraw_v himself_o in_o time_n of_o press_v it_o be_v prove_v by_o two_o witness_n before_o the_o say_a mayor_n alderman_n or_o justice_n and_o
