pound_n weight_n of_o chocolate_a 5_o s._n and_o so_o proportionable_o iii_o if_o any_o of_o the_o say_a commodity_n shall_v be_v unshipt_v or_o lay_v on_o land_n the_o duty_n not_o pay_v or_o lawful_o tender_v to_o the_o collector_n or_o his_o deputy_n with_o the_o consent_n and_o agreement_n of_o the_o comtroller_n and_o surveyor_n there_o nor_o agree_v with_o for_o the_o same_o in_o justice_n shall_v be_v commit_v to_o the_o house_n of_o correction_n for_o ten_o day_n and_o have_v his_o ear_n cut_v off_o by_o the_o gaoler_n or_o keeper_n thereof_o if_o any_o person_n lend_v a_o horse_n to_o be_v muster_v not_o belong_v to_o the_o troop_n such_o horse_n shall_v be_v forfeit_v to_o the_o informer_n if_o it_o belong_v to_o the_o person_n lend_v if_o not_o the_o lender_n shall_v xxvi_o act._n infant_n a_o nominee_n and_o contributor_n within_o this_o act._n any_o guardian_n or_o trustee_n of_o any_o infant_n may_v advance_v and_o pay_v the_o sum_n of_o 100_o l._n of_o the_o of_o the_o nominee_n every_o contributor_n upon_o the_o term_n of_o have_v a_o annuity_n for_o one_o two_o or_o three_o life_n his_o or_o her_o executor_n administrator_n and_o assign_v upon_o person_n employ_v under_o they_o for_o the_o mark_v or_o stamp_v of_o vellum_n parchment_n or_o paper_n as_o aforesaid_a before_o his_o act_n in_o mark_v or_o stamp_v of_o the_o same_o shall_v take_v the_o oath_n follow_v viz_o i_o a._n b._n do_v swear_v oath_n commissioner_n and_o offieer_n oath_n that_o i_o will_v faithful_o execute_v the_o trust_v repose_v in_o i_o pursuant_n to_o a_o act_n may_v have_v their_o election_n either_o to_o buy_v the_o same_o of_o the_o officer_n or_o person_n to_o be_v employ_v by_o the_o commissioner_n or_o to_o bring_v their_o own_o vellum_n parchment_n or_o paper_n to_o be_v stamp_v liv._o usual_o all_o deed_n writ_n etc._n etc._n to_o be_v write_v as_o usual_o all_o record_n writ_n plead_n and_o other_o proceed_n in_o court_n of_o law_n and_o equity_n and_o all_o deed_n instrument_n and_o write_n whatsoever_o hereby_o charge_v shall_v be_v ingross_v and_o write_v in_o such_o manner_n as_o they_o have_v be_v usual_o accustom_v to_o be_v
