free_a and_o clear_a without_o pay_v allow_a or_o disburse_v any_o sum_n of_o money_n or_o other_o charge_n other_o than_o the_o allowance_n and_o payment_n of_o 2_o shilling_n reserve_v to_o his_o majesty_n by_o the_o say_a letter_n patent_n for_o every_o barrel_n so_o to_o be_v transpor_v as_o aforesaid_a for_o the_o same_o and_o in_o as_o large_a and_o ample_a manner_n in_o every_o condition_n and_o degree_n to_o all_o intent_n and_o purpose_n as_o we_o the_o say_v r_o w_n and_o d_o l_o or_o either_o of_o we_o our_o executor_n or_o assign_n may_v or_o can_v have_v and_o enjoy_v the_o same_o by_o virtue_n of_o the_o say_a letter_n patent_n or_o any_o power_n grant_v privilege_n or_o thing_n therein_o contain_v in_o witness_n etc._n etc._n a_o condition_n to_o pay_v money_n within_o four_o day_n after_o if_o the_o party_n bind_v in_o a_o obligation_n pay_v it_o not_o at_o the_o day_n the_o condition_n of_o this_o obligation_n be_v such_o that_o whereas_o w_n h_n and_o r_o b_o by_o their_o obligation_n or_o write_v obligatory_a bear_v date_n etc._n etc._n be_v and_o stand_v joint_o and_o several_o bind_v unto_o the_o within_o name_v i_o l_o in_o the_o sum_n of_o
