judeah_n brief_o the_o prophet_n here_o threaten_v the_o ruin_n of_o the_o whole_a country_n as_o if_o he_o shall_v say_v it_o be_v in_o vain_a for_o the_o jew_n trust_v in_o their_o own_o force_n and_o in_o the_o help_n of_o stranger_n for_o god_n will_v fight_v against_o they_o because_o the_o chaldean_n and_o assyrian_n shall_v be_v arm_v by_o he_o so_o as_o they_o shall_v overcome_v can_v not_o say_v ignorance_n be_v the_o cause_n of_o it_o it_o be_v their_o open_a rebellion_n then_o against_o god_n thus_o the_o prophet_n show_v they_o be_v disobedient_a and_o have_v no_o stay_n jew_n may_v know_v and_o understand_v that_o these_o chastisement_n and_o affliction_n come_v mere_o from_o the_o immediate_a hand_n of_o god_n according_a to_o which_o he_o now_o say_v verse_n 18._o common_o do_v fortune_n against_o such_o as_o cry_v out_o of_o their_o bad_a fortune_n for_o they_o be_v your_o work_n that_o have_v procure_v you_o these_o thing_n thus_o god_n will_v perform_v the_o office_n of_o a_o just_a judge_n therefore_o whatsoever_o befall_v you_o impute_v it_o to_o your_o own_o iniquity_n to_o which_o purpose_n in_o the_o next_o place_n he_o add_v such_o be_v thy_o ambiguity_n or_o doubt_n for_o he_o say_v i_o will_v not_o turn_v away_o from_o it_o that_o be_v i_o will_v not_o call_v back_o my_o sentence_n it_o follow_v verse_n 29._o every_o city_n shall_v flee_v for_o the_o voice_n of_o the_o horseman_n and_o of_o the_o archer_n they_o shall_v dig_v into_o the_o thickness_n according_a to_o other_o into_o the_o cloud_n the_o hebrew_n word_n signify_v
