the_o founder_n of_o the_o say_a hospital_n be_v then_o dead_a and_o to_o see_v and_o take_v order_n that_o the_o say_a hospital_n be_v order_v and_o use_v according_a to_o the_o statute_n and_o ordinance_n of_o the_o foundation_n thereof_o and_o if_o the_o founder_n be_v then_o live_v the_o say_a founder_n to_o visit_v the_o same_o during_o his_o life_n without_o any_o the_o bishop_n visitation_n and_o the_o same_o visitation_n to_o be_v at_o the_o only_a cost_n and_o charge_n of_o the_o visitor_n and_o not_o of_o the_o hospital_n ordinary_a ordinary_a cccliii_o 14_o eliz._n 5._o §_o 30._o n._n 4._o and_o that_o it_o shall_v be_v lawful_a to_o the_o bishop_n of_o the_o diocese_n for_o the_o time_n be_v where_o such_o hospital_n be_v or_o shall_v be_v or_o his_o chancellor_n upon_o complaint_n or_o other_o intelligence_n of_o just_a cause_n to_o take_v account_n how_o the_o rent_n revenue_n and_o profit_n of_o any_o such_o hospital_n have_v be_v bestow_v and_o spend_v to_o call_v before_o he_o or_o they_o at_o the_o say_a hospital_n to_o account_v all_o such_o person_n and_o person_n as_o have_v have_v the_o collection_n or_o receipt_n of_o any_o the_o say_a rent_n issue_n revenue_n or_o profit_n account_n account_n cccliu_o 14_o eliz._n 5._o §_o 30._o n._n 5._o and_o if_o any_o person_n or_o person_n so_o call_v shall_v and_o do_v refuse_v to_o account_v or_o shall_v forfeit_v and_o loose_v such_o sum_n and_o sum_n of_o money_n as_o to_o the_o say_a bishop_n or_o chancellor_n and_o to_o two_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n next_o inhabit_v to_o the_o say_a every_o one_o of_o the_o say_a parish_n be_v of_o such_o wealth_n and_o honour_n that_o they_o have_v no_o poverty_n among_o they_o or_o be_v able_a sufficient_o to_o relieve_v the_o poverty_n of_o the_o parish_n where_o they_o inhabit_v and_o dwell_v and_o also_o to_o help_v and_o succour_v poverty_n elsewhere_o further_o that_o then_o the_o say_a mayor_n and_o officer_n with_o the_o assent_n of_o two_o of_o the_o most_o honest_a of_o the_o inhabitant_n and_o substantial_a of_o every_o such_o wealthy_a parish_n shall_v consider_v the_o neediness_n of_o the_o inhabitant_n of_o the_o other_o
