scripture_n as_o take_v in_o the_o second_o opinion_n be_v not_o the_o judge_n of_o controversy_n now_o this_o be_v the_o opinion_n which_o at_o this_o time_n i_o be_o to_o examine_v which_o in_o much_o seriousness_n i_o humble_o purpose_v to_o do_v and_o leave_v it_o to_o the_o sober_a consideration_n of_o all_o man_n and_o for_o the_o better_a discharge_n of_o this_o duty_n it_o be_v meet_v power_n certainty_n and_o authority_n as_o any_o that_o ever_o write_v since_o their_o time_n no-whith_a now_o can_v you_o turn_v yourselves_o but_o to_o yourselves_o as_o i_o have_v former_o note_v and_o take_v upon_o you_o to_o be_v the_o only_a live_a voice_n that_o must_v without_o control_n interpret_v father_n council_n and_o scripture_n too_o and_o when_o you_o have_v do_v sit_v down_o have_v show_v you_o must_v not_o make_v use_n of_o the_o scripture_n to_o that_o purpose_n because_o before_o the_o scripture_n can_v have_v any_o authority_n to_o any_o purpose_n according_a to_o your_o judgement_n your_o council_n must_v deliver_v it_o to_o we_o as_o the_o word_n of_o god_n which_o they_o can_v do_v till_o they_o be_v find_v first_o holy_a father_n and_o council_n of_o the_o church_n and_o second_o at_o unity_n among_o themselves_o and_o each_o with_o himself_o and_o i_o have_v ask_v you_o how_o you_o will_v effect_v this_o difficult_a work_n to_o which_o you_o answer_v first_o that_o general_a council_n have_v no_o such_o controversy_n as_o i_o talk_v of_o second_o that_o when_o there_o be_v such_o difficulty_n in_o any_o one_o of_o the_o father_n we_o must_v look_v upon_o the_o rest_n what_o they_o say_v and_o so_o follow_v their_o unanimous_a consent_n for_o say_v you_o if_o we_o take_v they_o single_o no_o doubt_n they_o have_v err_v and_o these_o error_n we_o know_v by_o their_o dissent_v from_o the_o rest_n i_o answer_v first_o that_o general_a council_n have_v err_v and_o that_o in_o matter_n of_o faith_n be_v undeniable_a if_o record_n may_v be_v as_o they_o speak_v to_o we_o in_o their_o epistle_n but_o the_o pope_n of_o rome_n dead_a long_a ago_o and_o now_o only_o speak_v in_o their_o write_n yet_o they_o must_v be_v our_o infallible_a judge_n in_o these_o controversy_n the_o great_a council_n of_o apostle_n elder_n and_o brethren_n act_n 15._o can_v be_v no_o judge_n of_o any_o controversy_n though_o their_o decree_n be_v yet_o extant_a among_o we_o but_o the_o council_n of_o trent_n who_o only_o speak_v in_o their_o decree_n must_v be_v our_o judge_n and_o that_o so_o as_o from_o their_o judgement_n no_o appeal_n can_v be_v admit_v the_o apostolical_a council_n send_v forth_o their_o decree_n in_o the_o name_n of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n and_o themselves_o and_o in_o those_o their_o decree_n they_o prohibit_v the_o eat_n of_o blood_n and_o strangle_v thing_n etc._n etc._n but_o the_o papal_a council_n will_v send_v forth_o a_o decree_n direct_o opposite_a to_o this_o and_o yet_o sign_v with_o these_o powerful_a word_n visum_fw-la est_fw-la spiritui_fw-la sancto_fw-la &_o nobis_fw-la if_o we_o appeal_v in_o this_o matter_n to_o the_o apostolical_a council_n they_o may_v not_o be_v permit_v to_o pronounce_v a_o sentence_n decissive_a but_o from_o the_o sentence_n of_o the_o papal_a council_n we_o must_v in_o no_o wise_a appeal_n can_v any_o thing_n be_v say_v more_o unworthy_o thus_o then_o first_o the_o
