do_v not_o remember_v of_o any_o such_o thing_n and_o if_o he_o be_v misinform_v his_o first_o argument_n have_v neither_o matter_n nor_o form_n i_o have_v hear_v it_o allege_v that_o some_o people_n by_o tell_v uncertainty_n yea_o falsehood_n come_v themselves_o to_o believe_v they_o and_o confident_o to_o add_v to_o they_o i_o find_v something_o like_o this_o in_o this_o author_n 1._o we_o see_v their_o ministry_n from_o christ_n only_o be_v more_o than_o a_o not-saying_a that_o they_o have_v it_o from_o he_o only_o a_o man_n may_v true_o say_v i_o have_v this_o gift_n from_o my_o father_n though_o he_o add_v not_o the_o exclusive_a word_n only_o who_o yet_o can_v positive_o declare_v that_o he_o have_v not_o the_o gift_n only_o from_o his_o father_n because_o he_o as_o i_o suppose_v appoint_v to_o go_v upon_o the_o earnest_a desire_n of_o those_o destitute_a people_n i_o clear_v it_o by_o this_o similitude_n suppose_v a_o captain_n of_o robber_n have_v by_o force_n subdue_v a_o zeal_n take_v no_o effectual_a course_n to_o remedy_v these_o evil_n this_o be_v a_o case_n supposable_a for_o we_o see_v the_o church-judicatory_a of_o pergamus_n suffer_v they_o that_o hold_v the_o doctrine_n of_o balaam_n and_o that_o hold_v the_o doctrine_n of_o the_o nicclatians_n and_o the_o church-judicatory_a of_o thyatria_n suffer_v the_o woman_n jezabel_n that_o call_v herself_o a_o prophetess_n to_o teach_v and_o seduce_v the_o servant_n of_o god_n to_o commit_v fornication_n and_o to_o eat_v thing_n sacrifice_v to_o idol_n in_o this_o case_n shall_v the_o magistrate_n do_v no_o more_o but_o command_v the_o church-judicatory_a to_o their_o work_n he_o have_v do_v that_o and_o yet_o the_o judicatory_a do_v nothing_o or_o nothing_o to_o purpose_n and_o the_o church_n be_v like_a to_o be_v undo_v through_o these_o doctrine_n that_o fret_v like_o a_o gangreen_n and_o the_o other_o member_n of_o his_o distinction_n make_v no_o help_n for_o the_o church-judicatory_a i_o suppose_v pass_v no_o right_a sentence_n which_o the_o magistrate_n may_v corroborate_v shall_v he_o who_o be_v god_n vicegerent_n suffer_v the_o people_n of_o god_n and_o his_o subject_n to_o be_v and_o all_o thing_n out_o of_o order_n and_o therefore_o at_o the_o time_n of_o the_o indulgence_n the_o magistrate_n may_v place_v minister_n and_o minister_n may_v be_v place_v by_o magistrate_n these_o minister_n have_v be_v appoint_v either_o to_o go_v elsewhere_o or_o have_v not_o be_v indulge_v at_o all_o and_o therefore_o it_o be_v unlawful_a for_o they_o to_o return_v to_o those_o congregation_n which_o be_v accidental_o vacant_a these_o be_v reason_v which_o have_v no_o shadow_n of_o reason_n but_o the_o subject-matter_n can_v not_o furnish_v he_o with_o any_o better_a but_o it_o will_v seem_v from_o pag._n 19_o that_o he_o oppose_v accidental_a to_o that_o which_o be_v necessary_a and_o can_v be_v otherways_o than_o it_o be_v for_o when_o he_o be_v prove_v that_o this_o be_v a_o accidental_a thing_n he_o labour_v to_o make_v it_o appear_v by_o mr._n john_n park_n his_o disappointment_n because_o the_o prelate_n prevent_v his_o come_n to_o the_o kirk_n design_v by_o thrust_v in_o a_o curate_n notwithstanding_o of_o his_o plead_v the_o benefit_n of_o the_o act_n of_o indemnity_n in_o his_o own_o defence_n against_o what_o be_v object_v against_o he_o and_o thereby_o acknowledge_v himself_o to_o have_v be_v a_o traitor_n in_o all_o his_o former_a act_n and_o that_o all_o the_o work_n of_o reformation_n be_v but_o rebellion_n here_o the_o author_n grant_v that_o mr._n john_n park_n be_v own_o kirk_n be_v design_v for_o he_o and_o so_o his_o accidental_a thing_n be_v not_o here_o oppose_v to_o a_o design_a thing_n but_o to_o a_o thing_n that_o be_v so_o therefore_o it_o be_v not_o a_o thing_n lawful_a or_o a_o duty_n but_o this_o argument_n be_v as_o ridiculous_a if_o not_o more_o ridiculous_a than_o the_o former_a for_o there_o be_v many_o thing_n which_o may_v lawful_o be_v and_o shall_v be_v which_o yet_o never_o have_v any_o existence_n i_o doubt_v not_o but_o the_o reverend_a brother_n mr._n john_n park_n can_v abundant_o clear_v himself_o
