evidence_n clear_a enough_o that_o the_o apostle_n commit_v to_o other_o as_o namely_o ro_o timothy_n and_o titus_n the_o power_n both_o of_o teach_v and_o govern_v the_o church_n and_o common_a reason_n and_o prudence_n dictate_v to_o we_o that_o it_o be_v good_a for_o the_o edify_n of_o the_o church_n that_o there_o shall_v be_v many_o teacher_n within_o a_o competent_a precinct_n but_o not_o so_o that_o there_o shall_v be_v many_o governor_n and_o the_o difference_n of_o bishop_n and_o presbyter_n to_o the_o purpose_n aforesaid_a have_v be_v by_o continual_a usage_n receive_v and_o preserve_v in_o the_o christian_a church_n down_o from_o the_o apostle_n to_o the_o present_a time_n his_o majesty_n conceive_v the_o succcession_n of_o bishop_n to_o the_o apostle_n into_o so_o much_o of_o their_o office_n as_o be_v ordinary_a and_o perpetual_a and_o such_o a_o distinction_n of_o bishop_n and_o presbyter_n as_o his_o majesty_n have_v former_o express_v need_v no_o further_a confirmation_n from_o scripture_n to_o such_o as_o be_v willing_a to_o make_v use_n of_o their_o reason_n also_o which_o in_o interpret_n scripture_n upon_o all_o other_o occasion_n they_o be_v
