novice_n in_o grace_n nor_o a_o novice_n in_o manner_n person_n must_v not_o take_v the_o charge_n of_o the_o mystery_n of_o god_n to_o themselves_o when_o they_o be_v but_o little_o better_a qualify_v then_o the_o mean_a servant_n not_o so_o well_o as_o most_o yea_o perhaps_o real_o not_o of_o the_o family_n of_o god_n themselves_o of_o the_o invisible_a church_n by_o grace_n i_o will_v not_o here_o be_v think_v to_o discourage_v all_o young_a man_n from_o enter_v upon_o the_o ministry_n especial_o now_o that_o the_o church_n of_o god_n be_v in_o so_o great_a need_n of_o pastor_n for_o i_o well_o know_v that_o a_o young_a timothy_n may_v be_v as_o well_o qualify_v for_o it_o and_o demean_v himself_o as_o well_o in_o it_o as_o a_o more_o age_a apollo_n but_o then_o i_o be_o sure_a such_o qualify_a young_a man_n will_v be_v the_o least_o forward_o and_o the_o most_o backward_o to_o undertake_v it_o because_o they_o know_v the_o naughtiness_n of_o their_o own_o heart_n the_o strength_n and_o work_n of_o their_o own_o corruption_n they_o know_v they_o have_v a_o hard_a task_n to_o look_v after_o and_o to_o keep_v their_o own_o soul_n and_o therefore_o they_o tremble_v to_o take_v upon_o they_o the_o charge_n of_o other_o soul_n to_o be_v put_v upon_o keep_v other_o vine-yard_n when_o they_o can_v keep_v their_o own_o and_o so_o must_v be_v thrust_v out_o as_o it_o be_v with_o violence_n into_o the_o lord_n harvest_n whereas_o they_o who_o be_v least_o prepare_v and_o most_o unfit_a be_v the_o most_o forward_o to_o undertake_v the_o ministry_n and_o will_v not_o be_v restrain_v by_o any_o caution_n from_o rush_v upon_o that_o function_n for_o which_o they_o have_v no_o fitness_n nor_o preparation_n i_o proceed_v to_o the_o three_o object_n of_o this_o use_n 3._o this_o serve_v to_o exhort_v the_o family_n and_o household_n over_o which_o minister_n be_v steward_n that_o in_o the_o word_n of_o the_o text_n they_o will_v so_o account_v of_o they_o due_o carry_v it_o towards_o they_o in_o mind_n heart_n and_o practice_n i_o shall_v mention_v a_o few_o particular_n very_o brief_o 1._o do_v you_o honour_n and_o reverence_n your_o minister_n as_o in_o such_o a_o function_n for_o though_o they_o be_v your_o fellow-servant_n towards_o god_n yet_o they_o be_v your_o superior_n in_o the_o family_n have_v the_o high_a office_n therein_o and_o none_o above_o they_o as_o they_o be_v steward_n of_o god_n mystery_n for_o though_o we_o acknowledge_v the_o magistrate_n to_o have_v a_o authority_n about_o sacred_a thing_n and_o person_n yet_o
